Came to this location in search of a new device and possibly some accessories but they were closed door locked lights off closed.....did this location recently go out of business because the door and google all still said open till 8 pm and at 7pm nobody was around to help me this is sad but if this is the case I hope this location gets used for better stores I guess. .?

Called the 1800 cricket number and dude was totally useless. Couldn’t understand a word he said. Said no towers were down and it was my device when it was 3 different phones so hung up on him and called here and found out towers are down cause of wind. Took all of one minute when that moron had us on the line for 15. Called the 1800 number several times over the years and NEVER GET SOMEONE WHO SPEAKS FLUENT ENGLISH. NEVER NOT ONCE. CMON CRICKET THIS IS AMERICA!! Anyway GO PACKERS!! ? ?

So I came in hoping to get information on finding a new carrier. With inflation being so high and gas prices being so outrageous, I came in there was one employee, and a couple that she was helping. Not to mention the employee didn't even greet us, I thought well she might be busy. 20 minutes pass on by and of course she's still helping the customers and not to mention talking about other things besides the phone contract now, didn't even apologize for taking so long nor offered to help as soon as she was done. Id have to say this is the poorest customer service I've ever experience. We eventually left and went to the other cricket wireless located in Wausau, they had better service. helped with the questions that I needed answered

We called ahead and spoke with Amber about 2 phones that we couldn't find at our local store. She said they had 2 in stock. We drove the hour and a half to get there to get them. We are new Cricket Customers. Valentine was the only person in the store, but man was he amazing!! He is definitely a multi tasker, and took care of several customers at one time! He didn't even bat an eye when the entire store was full of people when he was finishing up with us! We had a great experience with him, and would recommend this store to anyone!! KUDOS Valentine, on a job well done!!

I am very familiar with the phone industry and actually sell phones myself for a different carrier. The lady that helped us lied to my face multiple times and made every excuse in the world to not help us. I will never recommend cricket for anyone.

the guy that was working was very rude to me. While he was on the phone he asked me what he can do to help me so I told him that my service was suspended and he asked what was suspended and I was just astonished because what else could be suspended my phone obviously, so I told him that my phone service was suspended and I let him know that the phone is under my brothers name but I do not know the pin nor the security answer so he seem like he got frustrated with me and said that he could not help me because I don’t know the pin or anything on the Account. So I went to the one on 109 s. 17th Avenue and the lady that helped me there was very kind to me and she actually help me Get my service back which was super easy and I did not understand why the guy in Rib Mountain could not help me get my service back to working.

Google maps keeps getting the location of this store wrong no matter whom edits it but the location is across the street from Dunkin in the same strip mall as Batteries Plus Bulbs!

absolute worst phones and customer service. bought my phone at rib mtn store. rtt is enabled on my phone. i figured its an issue i can just disable. call the store the clerk tells me to call the warranty number, i call they send me to the store. go to store. the manager diane tells me to call the number again or buy a new phone at full retail. where the hell does cricket get their managers from. horrible. didnt look at my phone .then another so called manager tells me they knew about the issues and still continue to sell this phone with issues. crap. no stars. go to straight talk. cricket is crap and so is the manager at rib mtn
