Great company to work with. I had them move my dad's stuff after two separate trips. All the stuff was moved safely and quickly. The guys were very friendly to work with and very trustworthy. I couldn't find an item and reach out to them. They offered some advice on where I might look and found it just as they had advised. I will call this company for any move I have in the future.

Everyone involved was very pleasant and very helpful moving my Mother. Her possessions were handled carefully and the boxes were labeled very well for her new house. They were even able to move an old piano out of her new house with little notice. Very friendly people. Thank you.

I had them pack and load my house. They did a good job until it was the ending of each day shift then they hurried and were sloppy. They loaded my refrigerator last on the last day and seemed to be in a hurry to finish and leave. They did not cover the refrigerator with blankets properly nor did the load my bicycles very well. The bicycles banged the refrigerator during travel and dented the door of the refrigerator very badly. When I sent in a claim to Diversified the will not pay for the full amount to repair my refrigerator. Claiming they cannot be responsible for what happened on the drive as if I was a terrible driver and what happened to the refrigerator was not because of their poor packing.

I was concerned about being out of state when my mother needed moving and storage when transitioning into assisted living. Speaking with Laurie at Diversified was my BEST decision in the entire process! Everything was professional from beginning to end. I am picky, and my mother is even moreso.

Wrecked our refrigerator..big dents in it, lost pieces for the doors. Broke several other things. Our stuff was stored for a month and it all smells.

Very high quality. I needed my furniture moved and they moved it. Would use again when I need more furniture moved. My cat enjoyed that the furniture was in top condition after getting moved. Will use again in the future.
