Stopped in this afternoon to pick up my order. The red headed lady at the checkout didn’t bother to say hi or anything in the empty store. As I was walking up to the desk I said “hi there! I am here to pick up an order” she bluntly said “photo ID or drivers license” I then told her I had my email, (my email said to show them the email when you pick up your order) she shook her head, rolled her eyes and again said “photo ID or driver’s license” I forgot my ID in my car so I quick ran out and grabbed it. I came back in and handed it to her. No joke, she took a quick glance, handed me my bag and said “order confirmation is in the bag. Have a good day.” What’s the point? lol she didn’t even verify anything from my ID and didn’t bother to look at my email. So I grabbed my bag and walked out without saying anything back to her. If you hate your job, find a new one. Some people just shouldn’t work in customer service and she’s one of them.

Dave was awesome! I was having a horrible time with my bank approving the transaction. He was so patient and helped me with my discounts and different ways of getting my purchase through. He is an awesome human being!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you Dave!

Store was neat and tidy. Guy working the register was not the friendliest. Not even a hello when we walked into the empty store. My son asked about Modern Warfare 3, the guy didn't even look away from the computer, and said "Yeah, I have it for PS5." Didn't say where it was. After searching for 5 minutes, I asked the guy where he keeps hos magic stash of them. He said" I have them in my drawer." he seemed annoyed. My son bought the $70 game. Had it been me, I would have gone to another store. Maybe a smile, eye contact, and not making it seem like we were a bother would have been nice.

Avoid this store at all costs. Someone tried to use my credit card, which I haven't used in over 2 years, at this store. When I called within the hour of the attempted transaction to talk to them about it the "manager" was less than alarmed and had quick answers for my concerns. It was obvious to me that someone who works at the store is part of the credit card fraud!!

The cashier was very helpful. He pointed me in the right direction for adding memory to my PS5.

Overall staff is friendly and helpful. Sadly this store and several others I'm sure, just are not getting various products in, at all. It has been nearly 6 months since any new mtg has come, other tcgs are very limited. Again, I'm sure the staff are just as frustrated, but hopefully management/corporate can see/figure out, that without key products we stop shopping here.... Once my pro expires, if things aren't fixed, I'll not likely be back on a monthly basis.

We went there to buy a PlayStation 5. It was the last one in stock. They added 3 different warranties to our purchase without our agreement to it. One for the Far Cry game and a game that we wouldn’t even play. The second the controller with a warranty. And final the warranty for the console itself. We were never asked once if we wanted to add these warranties. We went in to try and cancel the warranty but they said we couldn’t due to it being apart of a bundle. The employee was rude and didn’t listen to the customers needs. Then we came back later but prepared with the warranty cancellation from game stop website saying that we have 30 days to cancel for full money back. The second she said the same thing but I said you charge us for this we did not want. They finally gave us our money back and cancel the warranty. Along with said above they added a game that we didn’t want but added it anyways without telling us. She said they would lose their license from Sony if we return the bundle. Refused to return anything. With a bundle since when to you have to pay for a remote, it should be included. However attached the receipt shows charge for one remote and then a “75 gift card” that was paid for but not charge for another remote. Seems like a scam store then a game store. This was our first time back in 3 years and this was the reason in the first place that we stayed away. They are rude to their customers and don’t care about meeting the customers needs and expectations. Seems like they were more worried about the money in their pockets then customers. We will never return to game stop again.
