Best buy has always had the absolute worst customer service, especially by phone, and employees may change over the years, but the poor service doesn't.

When I went to the store I went in to buy a TV and I saw All the workers up front at the security desk I went back to the TV's and half the TV's weren't on and the others that were interactive didn't work I was looking for the TV I wanted couldn't find it the whole time I was there was like 15 minutes and not 1 employee can up to me and asked if I needed help so I walked towards the front to leave and had a angry look on my face again more workers were standing by the security up front and 1 worker finally seen my face and asked if I needed help I looked at him and said you lost a huge purchase cause nobody cared still walking to the exit he said well I would be happy to help you and I said I don't think so I am taking my business elsewhere and the manager was there didn't say a word so no I used to work there Many years ago same thing as when I worked there everyone standing around doing nothing but talking to each other very poor service and any help!

Had my lap top sent in to have the screen replace, was quoted $450. I get a return call saying it would be $1100 because they\\nclaimed there was something wrong with the mother board. I had been using it with a TV through the HDMI port. It Worked fine the day I took it in. When I got it back the charger no longer worked and I can't even turn it on.\\nI think they gutted all the good components out of it and swapped a bad charger my working charger. I was a loyal Best Buy customer but not after that. Unless I get compensated I am not buying a damn thing from Best Buy.

They were able to identify future problems with my cooling as well as accurately identify and repair an issue with my RAM. I'd diagnosed a hard drive issue! These geeks rock.

Made an hour drive to to come to my appointment to get an iPhone screen repair. In the appointment request it was stated what was needed. Get to Beat Buy stand there for 30 min. To be told they don't have the screen. Would have been nice to have not made the damn trip!!

I took my computer in they recommended that I buy an external keyboard and suggested that eventually I would need to replace my computer then they talked me into buying a thumb drive to download all my information on to but when they return my computer to me they gave me the wrong power cord for it when I called them to request it be returned to me they told me I needed to talk to the people at Best buy when I called Best buy her recording said they were not taking calls to this day I still do not have the power cord that belongs to my computer and I'm unable to download very vital information that's stored within it currently I am looking for a alternative power source for the computer

i would give BEST BUY PHONE CENTER a minus 1 if possible. I bought a smart TV ($1600) and called the store about recycling the previous flat screen tv. IT WAS a nightmare of wasted time. It took 4 phone calls and 15 minutes each time before a live person answered, saying it was "due to COVID" CANT YOU DESCRIBE THE PROCESS ONLINE? Not likely to buy from Best Buy again, this was a lousy experience.
