Over priced broken junk. Atleast you get the purchase for the item I have to throw out that you got for free. And you guys should be ashamed of yourselves asking people to round up when the c e o makes over $600,000 a year

I don’t understand how they price things, do they price off the top of their head and guess ? Cause I got an outdoor folding chair with no price tag and I saw another outdoor chair priced at $2 which I told them but yet they charged me $5.99 🤔

Big store with a lot to pick from! As always it is hit or miss if you’ll find something you like, but that is the fun of thrifting!
Only complaint is the organization. Could be cleaned up a little to make browsing the shelves a little easier.

I usually like to go to Goodwill and most of the time I have a good experience but today (7/31/24) was not one of those times. On this day I came across these summer shoes and above them was a sign that said "75% off summer wear."
I told my mom about them and asked if she would get them for me and I would pay her back. (I didn't have my money with me at the time). She was willing since they were 75% off it was a good deal. But when she went up to the front to pay for them, they didn't ring up right so the cashier called the manager over.
The manger said something like, "Oh those are only supposed to be 25% off. The sign that read "75% off" was meant for more summery items." Of course my mom and I weren't too happy about that! The sign was RIGHT ABOVE THOSE SHOES!! Plus those shoes WERE summery!! They were flip flops and pool shoes for crying out loud!
"That's false advertising!" my mom said with frustration but the manager was already walking away. "I should have told them that they need to move that sign then," she said later, going back over the situation.
This WAS false advertising and if they intended for those shoes to be 25% off they should have had another sign saying so! They didn't even have another sign indicating that those shoes were 25% off!! All they had was that one sign right above the shoes that said "75% off"!
Bottom line, we were NOT happy shoppers that day!

The staff is helpful and courteous. I love the huge selection of clothing and household items. Recently I discovered a beautiful wreath for my apartment door. It was less than $4.00 but is an absolute masterpiece. I can't wait to visit again and again. ???❤️

The store was crazy busy. but they've always got a decent selection most times. Today...bathrooms were out of this world disgusting! Recommend peeing elsewhere lol

They charge poor people 26 or 99cents or more for a bag to put their purchases in. How cheap of them!!?

Seem to have forgotten they are a reseller of donated items, not a high end boutique or antique store. Absolutely crazy prices for a thrift store.

Please do not donate there. There is market place and nice as new. I bought my daughter a leap frog globe that didn't work. They would return it. They don't test the merch that is donated that leaves the consumers to but non working things.

This is my preferred good will location. Parking is decent. Store is usually clean. Decent selection of products. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is hit or miss on the friendliness. Pricing is overpriced for a thrift shop though
