Terrible customer service. They won’t return emails. Unclear on rental policy. They won’t return your deposit to cover repairs on their worn out equipment.

My unit was burglarized where the thief enter front another unit. Had I known it was possible I certainly would not have rented it. I did add protection plan but only Incase my property was damage by water. I never thought some low life would steal what little I have...not to mention the thief open the ashes of my parents and our beloved pets. One of my pets ashes were spilled all over the floor. I feel violated.Apparently there were numerous burglary at this locations. I do believe it should been disclosed. So my property is still vulnerable to burglary as if a person can get into anyone unit from crawling over from another unit and no construction changes my property nor anyone's is safe

You can’t get ahold of anyone and you have to give 30 days notice or you’re charged for another month kinda hard when you can never get ahold of anyone!!!

Same owners, also a tenant at this site (I have a lot of stuff lol), this site is the newest I believe in town, super nice and clean and it's very convenient from the highway which is exactly what I was looking for. Great management too!

AnyTime Self Storage in Wausau has been home to our belongings for almost a year now. From the time that everything went into storage, I felt completely comfortable and confident that our belongings were safe and secure from theft, the elements, and pests. The building has always been clean and well lit, the staff is so helpful and friendly, and the location was incredibly convenient for us, easy access from the highway. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend AnyTime Self Storage to anyone.
