Idk if it's the new cars or if servicing car really cause that much.... like the parts and all that, isn't that bad, but the labor is what really gets me.... maybe learning how to change oil and doing the routine maintenance by myself, probably save me A LOT more $$$. But the service they do on your car, I can not complain. They do, do a good job on what you ask them to do. But I wish they would/could tell me that this is due and that it's recommended that you change this out. It would be nice to know. But everything is in your owners manual, so read it.

Horrible experience from the moment I walked in. I wanted to order a 2024 CRV. First salesman was very arrogant and right away told me my trade would be worth less than the number they gave me today. Then, they low balled my trade, after looking at it for 2 minutes, by $2500 compared to other dealers. Told me all CRVs automatically come with a mud guard, cargo mat etc. package added on for $400. I won't name the specific salespeople I dealt with because this is a reflection of the dealership as a whole. Both my parents have bought from Omalleys and I have no idea how they did it.

My salesman Brandon was terrific to work with. He took his time answering my questions, explaining the car, and going over paperwork. He was never pushy and didn't try selling me anything I didn't need. I appreciate that in a salesman. While waiting for the vehicle to be manufactured, he kept me updated without having to inquire myself. When I picked the car up, he took his time patiently explaining how everything worked. He even helped connect my phone to the car for me. The gentleman who went over warranties and processed my payment was also pleasant to work with. He explained my options very clearly and took his time to answer my questions. I am happily surprised at how easy the entire process was.

Ken is very friendly and assuring. Im glad he was the one to help me understand the process and the works of my car! Riches was also clear on explaining the information about the purchase. What stood out for me was the drink service, Ken would ask if we needed anything to drink, before sitting back down again.

O'Malley was so easy to work with! They were competent, efficient, friendly and made us feel welcome both over the phone and when we were at the dealership.Ken was super helpful and informative. He was great with the orientation. We live 90-plus minutes south of O'Malley's and plan to make at least one trip up for service and definitely anticipate buying our next vehicle from them.

Everyone person I met and worked with at O’Malley Honda was professional, knowledgeable, and Customer oriented. They made our shopping and purchase experience enjoyable. My salesperson, Branden Boulanger was patiently answered my many questions, kept me informed about my vehicle’s progress while being built, and very thorough in teaching me about my new vehicle when it arrived.I felt like I was his top priority during the whole purchasing process. We loved how we were able to purchase our van and bring it home on the same day. The O’Malley team had it done in two hours. We bring our many vehicles to O’Malley for anything under the sun including oil changes, warranty work, and random issues and the team has always gone above and beyond! After going through a Nightmare ordering a Honda at the Stevens Point WI. Honda dealership, (ordered vehicle then waited 3 months only to be told they had no record of an order even though they took our money...) I immediatley turned to O'Malley Honda in Wausau for help. Ken Z, our sales professional, was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. He went out of his way to keep us informed about our CRV Hybrid that we ordered and any delays due to manufacturing and shipment. He took the time to teach us about all the new technology in our vehicle and told us if we ever had any future questions or problems to feel free to contact him in the future. I felt that I was valued as a customer and treated very well.I highly recommend O'Malley Honda of Wausau, WI.

I had a bad experience with repair office. Was quoted two significantly different prices (128% more) for the same service for time periods December 2022 and February 2023. Questionable business morals/ethics. Consider getting a quote from another dealership before deciding to get repairs done here.
