Absolutely wonderful! The ladies who checked in our cats for their first vet appointment were WONDERFUL, and the vets made us feel comfortable by taking the time to show us that they truly cared about our pets.

Placed an order through Petco to be delivered as I was babysitting my 6 month old grandbaby, had two dogs and a bum ankle that burns when I walk on it. They had it delivered by DoorDash. the DoorDash representative delivered it to the wrong address. when I called Petco I was told by Bobbi (the lead person at the store) that I was supposed to call DoorDash to get my order delivered to the correct address. i told her that I paid them so petco needed to get it fixed. she insisted that I had to call DoorDash but didn't give me any information for DoorDash. I calleda number I found online and spent 45 minutes on the phone talking to 3 different people climbing the chain of managers. they all insisted that Petco got paid so Petco was required to take care of my missing package. i called petco back and Bobbi answered again. i asked for the manager and was told by Bobbi that she was the lead person for that shift. i told her I had just spent 45 minutes on the phone with DoorDash and they insisted that because I paid petco that Petco was responsible (like I had originally insisted). Bobbi laughed at me, she said she was told to tell me to contact DoorDash (she did not say by who), that if they didn't take care of it and I called her back then she was to tell me to call petco corporate customer service number for a refund or replacement. i spent an hour and a half at that point dealing with this, talked to 5 different people, i have anxiety and this made my anxiety go through the roof, AND SHE LAUGHED and told me I had yet ANOTHER number to call and hoop to jump through just to get my money back! i spent over half an hour on the phone with corporate customer service. she told me my refund would take 2-4 days to show up and someone would get back to me with the result of their investigation. i will NEVER shop at Petco again and they are only two minutes away from me!

Very nice staff, greatful that they have this as makes it easier to get in on a weekend. Was able to get 2 of our cats vaccinations done with wellness check. Our normal vet is so booked out for months I did not want to wait for important shots. Was able to login to website & book appointment for that same weekend.

I would not come to this store again after the experience we had with one of your employees yesterday. We came to get cat food, and for one reason or the other, the cashier thought it her place to rudely inform us that the food we were getting “is not very good” then continued to argue with me when I explained to her that this is what our veterinarian recommends, and we will continue to feed this food, as she is not a veterinary professional and is therefore not qualified to give us this advice. I would encourage your employees to please refrain from giving unwarranted advice that they do not have the credentials to give in the future.
