Bought a snake from them, they had told me everything to get for setting up her tank for her and acted like they knew it was the best stuff for her. She ended up passing away, I’d like a new one with better instructions but not paying for it

I unfortunately buy crickets from here every week they manage to get them in but I'm use to a few dyeing on my way home but all 120 of my crickets are dead and now I have nothing to feed my geckos unless I drive back to rib mountain and go to petsmart. Feeders are tough to get locally of any quality.

I love coming here it is mine and my fiancé's favorite place to shop for our pets. The majority of the animals are usually very well cared for, but we do notice that the reptiles and ferrets enclosures are not very well kept up. The last time we were there, a ton of grubs were living in the chameleon cages. The substrate looked like it was alive. As well as fecal matter all over the inside glass of the ferret enclosure.

I get all my dog food and supplies here, they also cut their nails for a very reasonable price. Petco also offers grooming, vet appointments and training. The staff is excellent and knowledgeable and always very friendly.

I made an appointment for my dog to get a hair cut, nails trimmed and bathed. When I made the appointment I confirmed with them that I needed the hair cut as well as everything else. When I checked in for my dog's appointment, the woman I checked in with confirmed with me again that my dog was to have a HAIR CUT, bath and nail trim. After I dropped her off I had other errands to run but then was not called until 4 hours later that my dog was done... I went to go pick up my dog and she did not have a hair cut... I asked, "Why doesn't she have a haircut?" Then they proceeded to tell me she was only scheduled for a hair shampoo and nails to be cut. I then stated that I confirmed two times with them that I needed a haircut and she proceeded to get moody and start to raise her voice at me about me wanting what I scheduled for... at the end they agree to have her hair cut today and I proceeded to drive home (30 minutes away)... the manager then called me and told me that, after I had just left and could have left with my dog for the 30 minute drive home, they would not be able to cut my dogs hair and I had to come back to get her with no idea when they would be able to get her back in... then proceeded to make the whole ordeal seem my fault with no options to make the whole experience right... I am very unhappy with my experience and do not recommend this location. I could have done the trim, hair wash and nail clip myself, but wanted to have it done fast and efficient. This place is neither of those and waisted my time and money...

Went to buy a couple of things for my dog. When I went to pay, the cashier looked to see if there was better prices on the website for the products I was purchasing, that was very helpful and made me saved some money. Great customer service.

No public restroom. The clerk used to ask if you wanted to use rewards. This time barely looked up and no greeting.
