Typical big box pet store. Pluses were that it is clean, well stocked, and staff is pleasant.

Had an appointment for 230 to bath and trim my 10lb puppy. They called and asked if I could bring her in at 1130 which I said yes. They called at 415 that she was ready. 4 hours and 15 minutes later! On top of that, they shaved her! Unbelievable, do not go here
