I love pets marts but there was a worker there that I almost got into an agreement with telling me what to do with a snake, saying I had to have a 20 gal for it when right on zilla.com it says when their a baby you can start out with 10gal..then she puts it in a container smaller than the one I brought with me...other than that person I have had no problems at all...tyvm

Do NOT buy fish from this location. Their fish carry ICK (a parasite in the water that causes white bumps all over your fish and spreads rapidly throughout the tank). It is a death sentence for your tank, I've made this mistake now twice and lost all of my fish. If you want quality fish in Wausau, go to Ace Hardware and save your fish.

Always love petsmart in store to see what products are in. They are really doing well with the new small animal products. Shipping however for petsmart is bad usually comes broken.

I know this is not the employee's faults, simply the choice of the company management. I was there for about an hour and half trying to find the correct items to help with potty training my 5-month-old kittens. I found the puppy training pads which was something I was looking for but they stated that they have pheromones and I wanted to make sure that is not going to deter my kittens as I simply wanted to use them on the floor for any little mistakes that may have dripped. I was trying to locate someone as well to help me figure out a supplement or treat that would help my one kitten have more solid bowel movements as honestly, he is the reason we have the puppy pads because he drips lol. I searched all over myself looking for supplements or treats while using Google. I had seen one employee walk past a big puddle of dog urine in the middle of the store and I believe they must have clocked out as I did not see that employee again. Pet accidents, in my opinion, are on the owners primarily but since they were lazy about it then I would have thought an employee (especially one who commented on it and walked away) would have cleaned that up. After growing very frustrated being unable to find the answers about the pheromones in the puppy pads and something to aid my cat's dietary needs I went into the grooming area and asked for them to page someone finally to come to the cat food section. I waited 15 minutes and no one showed up. There was one person in the grooming section and there was one cashier checking people out. That was it. Now the check-out employee was extremely sweet and nice considering she had been dealing with a non-stop line that had been super long and people that did not seem very happy but she should not have been subjected to that nor should myself and other patrons who were simply looking for an employee to help/answer questions. A company should not have two employees in the store total.

Love their variety of turtle foods and treats. They also have a big selection of aquarium decor. I prefer the live plants, branches and bark and there wasnt a ton.Still more than the other pet stores in the area.

I found myself going here instead of Petco only because I needed puppy food (Purina) to mix w the all natural food I planned on feeding them. Unlike Petco PetSmart only has 100% natural foods n treats. Nothing but the best for these 2 baby boys??

I've always enjoyed shopping at PetSmart and this is a nice store location. However, it's been a while, and it seems like they're kind of expensive. Either that or my money is tighter than usual! Otherwise the experience was great.

I rarely leave reviews but this has gotten insane. I hope by posting this, your company will make relevant changes and get their act together. I do 1-3 trips to Petsmart per week. Most of them I do either pick-up or pay extra for DoorDash delivery. Today was the FOURTEENTH (14th!) time that you've modified my order for unavailable items in less than 3 months. It's a waste of time, and I've lost money due to cancelled orders but still had to pay DoorDash fees. You seriously need to update your inventory to reflect availability online or not have this service. It's insane. I'm not taking my business online, and while inconvenient, not as unreliable as your store. I've never seen such disorganization in a business.
