I'm not a big fan of the new layout but the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Some of them I've seen there for years

My husband and I went to the store for dessert at about 9:30 PM. The only option for checkout was self checkout. Nobody there to offer a hand or see if we needed anything. How ridiculous is this getting. The time I wasted checking myself out, an employee could have done in half the time. Grocery prices rise AND I have to do your job? At least give me an employee discount. We will 100% find a place that employs people.

Overall it is what you expect from large chain grocery. The regular prices are very high but They have a cycle of sales that give you really wonderful pricing if you want to buy a one month supply. An example would be if you buy a Twelve pack of soda cans the regular price is$9. But they are on sale at least every other week. For either 3 to 4 dollars, depending on the week. And it is like that for many of their products. What I do not like is they plug the aisles up with floor stacks of displays and products. It would be okay if it was 1 or 2 per aisle, but it's every 10 feet! God forbid it be busy while I'm shopping, I am Either bumping into a customer's cart or a floor stack.

I’ve worked at Kroger before and was always trained to say “hello” and “thank you” to customers as they come thru line. I’ve noticed this store specifically ignores me as I come through line and are not friendly to customers. Why should I shop here if you don’t even say thank you for shopping.

Bad eggs and rotten milk. This needs changed one Manager seems rude like I was bothering him while he as socializing with the women working. I shopped Kroger and picknsave all my life. But not going back to this store to do any major shopping. Your management here needs work.

Don't dare bother Diana in the bakery for anything at all whatsoever. Will never buy a cake here ever again. She was so extremely rude, foot stomping, eye rolling, heavy sighing, the whole nine yards. Not someone who should be working with the general public. But Kroger isn't just scraping the bottom of the barrel for employees these days... Also for customers too since this location is where all the meth heads go now. Ran into one with her two daughters yesterday while shopping. My baby was with me and this psychopath customer of theirs starts cussing me AND my baby out for no reason at all other than she's on a methadone trip, and making threats to me and my baby. Disgusting. Told customer service up front and was told "oh she's a regular, comes in here all the time." Good to know, because now I won't be.

You would think with the profits the share holders are taking in they could fix the parking lot and get some carts in reasonable condition.

Pick n Save is one of the cleanest supermarkets I've been in. The deli and bakery are very attractive and the food is very good. The deli chicken is very tasty but could use a little less salt for seniors. Otherwise, the lines are never too long and you can get in and out quicker than some stores. I enjoy shopping there.

Didn't have bacon advertised for sale. Was checking out with a full load, no checkout line open. But the guy at the self serve checkout helped me out as i'm handicapped.I asked for pickup assistance where you drive up and they load your groceries, he called someone up to help.A guy named Troy came up to help i guess.I asked him to put the soda in the back seat.He told me he'd hand them to me from inside the the store.I asked him why he couldn't help me, and he said it wasn't his job.I loaded 5 bags and 4 soda's.He "handed" them to me from the cart inside the store.I told him "Thanks for going the extra 15 feet.He said something under his breath i couldn't make out.I guess this is todays service world at Pick n Save at Bridge St."It's not my job" - Troy

Great place to grab all sorts of groceries as well as deli and frozen items with a nice little liquor store as well if you need some wine, beer or liquor.

The store is clean and friendly but I just don't like shopping there. I only go in if I have to. My favorite part of the store though is the deli section. Lots of good food to choose from.
