The ProNails people are fantastic! I need tough acrylic nails for my hybrid style of guitar playing and sometimes need them emergency fast. ProNails is always fast, does superb work, and always very friendly. They also suggested helpful things to keep my hands, skin and nails in good condition. Always excellent!! Many Thanks!!

Lovely place! So welcoming and comfortable environment. Loved how my nails turned out and so far one of the nicest places I’ve been very clean and relaxing! I normally always feel worried getting my nails done but this place was just lovely. Would recommend to any family or friend I wish I would have gone to this place a long time ago!
Requested style: Did a requested style with a reference photo they made it perfect even with me asking for a different color!

My first time at Pro Nails in Wausau. I asked for a pedi with regular polish. I was never shown a price list or asked what level of pedi I wanted. When I went to pay I was charged $45. He said it was because I had the upgraded pedi. I didn't ask for an upgraded pedi. I feel it is poor business practice to not communicate this with the customer before the service. $45 isn't going to send me to the poor house but it does mean I'll never go back.

Love pro nails! They always get me in last minute, they're rarely overly busy or crowded which keeps it relaxing and calm!

This place was awful. They didn't check any of my nails for balance and so they were all extremely uneven. I'll never be going back here again.
