Never go to a Shell gas station. I now have two pending charges on my card one for $136 and $157 I know one of the times I got gas it was only $17. Never go to a Shell gas station I've never had a gas station ever do this type of theft.

I tried 3 different pumps and none of them worked and the last one locked my card in and wouldn’t release it for several minutes and didn’t even work. One wouldnt go past the rewards page, another didn’t recognize my card being in the machine, and the last machine completely glitched out with my card and aftering locking my card in the machine for several minutes, it just went back to the first display. I only go to Shell stations for my gas but I definitely won’t be going to this one. It’s extremely poorly maintained, plus it’s not manned. Wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

This would’ve been a nicer place if you could pay cash to someone instead of having to pay with a credit card!!! Not everyone has credit cards available! Highly disappointed and will NOT go back!

It is an unmanned station, today I pumped gas and had a coupon for 15 cents off 20 gallons but the pump stopped working at around 15 gallons pumped and the handle wouldn't dispense anymore fuel. there are several pumps with cones in front of them because they are not working.

Had to use a credit card. No problem. Did not print the receipt. Problem. It was a business card and they expect a receipt. Won't be stopping there anymore.

Usually not manned, so the only way you're getting gas is by card.

I got there after 11pm and the station said that you can use it 24 hours, but it did not work. The lights were on , but no gasoline. Strangely it charged me $0.15 and it took me 2 hours to get this "insane amount" for a non-existing service removed by my bank. I am now filing SHELL a bill for my time to deal with there mistake. The phone number they provided had only a computer which hang up on me when ever I wanted a person. They price gauching us and make such high profits and even overcharge us on the pump, charging 15 cents before even pumping.
