Honestly not the best publicly available store location. Helps individuals with tracking of costumers, do to this I’ve waited for over 35 mins. Needs better greeting to costumers. And more helpful individuals and quicker compliance with other individuals coming in from the door.

Had a great experience here. Everyone was very helpful and helped resolve my problems quickly. The store and bathroom were clean and just a good atmosphere over all.

This was an awful experience! I have Spectrum for both my wireless at home and my cell phone and I wouldn't think of changing them, but the sales person I encountered in the store made me want to run a mile. Accosted me as soon as I walked in the door in a very loud voice as if I was hard of hearing, which I'm not. Insisted they didn't have anything I needed. Was the most loud obnoxious and unhelpful sales person I have encountered in years. I wanted to purchase an Apple Watch i.e. wanted to give him money and a sale but he made it impossible. I won't go back. I will buy directly from Apple. What a waste of time it was driving 40 miles to get to the store to have this encounter. I used to go to the store in Marshfield which was fine and helpful but they closed it. I don't know who this yahoo is.Giving it one Star because zero was not an option.

I left spectrum under pleasant terms a few years ago, but ever since I’ve been getting an increasing number of calls and urgent looking mail that turns out to be just marketing.

I had a good experience. Was able to get in and out quickly but that would not have been the case if I wouldn't have made a reservation. Make a reservation ahead of time!!!!

We had TV and internet service with Spectrum. We canceled our service on July 5 but am told that they do not prorate the billing and therefore are charging us for service from July 5 to July 23. How can they charge us for 18 days without the service?

They were all very nice and helpful. Calvin was the one to help my daughter and I set up our new phones. We were there all day due to issues but Calvin resolved the issues. Calvin was the best. 5 stars to him

Pay almost $200 a month for the internet to work when it wants to. You can't watch TV even though it's listed that the show is one but actually it's not. It disconnects the internet on certain electronics and then it won't let u get it back up.

Calvin was extremely nice in helping us after we told him what we needed because our roommate left and decided to turn things off. He made the day great and was funny. Brett was very helpful when we came in and returned stuff. Both were amazing and gave great customer service and was really quick.

No one knew how to activate my phone. Took four hours of talking to two customer service. Spectrum told me to call Assurant ( the insurance I bought threw Spectrum) they would tell me they did what they were supposed to. Which they did a great job. It was Spectrum who was at the store or on the phone was not able to activate my new phone.

their service sucks . Spectrum can't keep the internet service running half the time here in Merrill The internet goes out all the time .. Unfortunately we are stuck using Spectrum and their lousy service because there are no other internet providers in my area .

They need more people at the front desk and also get their machine to pay instead of waiting line fixed Or a not in order sign.

Ok internet service frusterating that they raise my bill after 2 years of service to 85$ a month very ridiculous I feel. I didnt want to cancel my service but after that I will be glady switching away from your service very disappinted long term customer.

Don’t bother-they get you in with a decent offer but then prices rise dramatically. Two years ago monthly price was 133.00 a month for internet, home phone, and cable. It’s now 198.80. If there wasn’t an elderly parent living in the home who needs a landline and easy access television, would have pulled the plug a long time ago. The services we are paying for are not that great. We were without WIFI for 10 days in December. The first technician who came out to the house had boots covered in snow. We had just cleaned the carpets for the holidays. He didn’t have booties to put on and refused to remove his boots. I could go on and on with other issues (amount of time placed on hold, having to call spectrum to r”remind them’ about giving us a credit, etc,). Bottom line, avoid if you can.
