2 staff working, only 1 person was able to help due to the others tablet not working, rendering the second staff useless. I was sent away 4 times and told to come back at later hours. Both staff were rude and annoyed I needed a new phone. Both of the staff reeked of body oder to the point my children were uncomfortable and trying to cover their noses. Staff also refused to transfer data and sim card to the new phone, and told me I needed to follow the prompts on the new phone at home. None of my questions were ever answered. It's worth the drive to another location.

Horrible customer service. For a phone company they apparently didn't have the color phone I was looking for. They even lied to me and told me they didn't had any, then tried to sell me a purple one. The person was also dirty and full of animal fur, very un professional.

The guy who helped us transfer data to our new phones was able to accomplish that, but only that. Was not able to answer any questions, and the store had very small selection of accessories.

So I came into today and worked with cody I believe his name is. He helped me sign up today and he was great to work with! He knew everything I wanted to know. I highly recommend getting service here!

20 gb ram phone w/15 antennaes on it and 3/4 miles from 2 towers, cut out phone services, they cannot hear me. Complain to 611 -no help. Complain to Cyrus at the store, they kick you out from going there. Terrible non-existent customer service, and still a phone that has horrible phone service which is unusable.

We went here to get service and devices. After we got setup (on America’s best network) we had service problems. We returned to the store to ask about this and were assured the issues would be resolved within the next week or two. Well six months later and we still have the issues didn’t get promotions we were promised and are still unhappy. We feel like we got scammed. Be ware the people at this store will tell you anything to get your money. I would recommend you go anywhere else.

Walked in looking to purchase new phone. I had the pleasure of working with Cyrus? Male, white, mid 20-30s, short 5’5-5’6 red hair.
He didn’t know what promotions or sales his company had.
Never used his tablet to answer my questions.
Went in the back and talked to his bro and never returned to work room floor.

The phone number that Google shows "has been disconnected" according to the universal recording that responds. This is utterly ridiculous for a phone service provider. After several other poor experiences with kids that have no clue or understanding about the basic technology and service they provide and sell, this takes the cake.
