I purchase a oem wheel hub assembly and had a appointment there with a 2017 acadia for a hub assembly replacement. After dropping my car off and hours of waiting, they call back saying my control Arms bushing, sway bar link are bad. Also they said it was loose and not tighten. Because they didnt have those parts in stock they can't put my hub assembly on......why? Idk..? So I ask if they can at least tighting the loose parts and they said they can't because the car not on the lift no more. I waited a week for this service for nothing.. and. After I got it back., and.driving it I need new links and bushing now was driving better before it went their.. they also charge me for inspection.... when I only wanted a hub assembly replacement...

These guys are great! Previous place that did my oil change didn’t put enough oil in and my cars low oil light went on and it wasn’t even close to the oil change milage. Took it to Thunder Lube and they got it in, made some recommendations and did a fantastic job fixing my issue!
