Small but quaint. Some neat products. No fresh quac, empanadas, or lemons surprised me

We ate at the restaurant. Food very good, and service was fast. Staff very nice. We had 5 people in our party. We will be going back again.

Bueno, q puedo decir.. Best Much store in the city. Otherwise you have to travel elsewhere, like Abbotsford or Marshfield or further to get your Mexican store needs met.

As other reviewers have pointed out, this store is staffed by ethnic narcissists who have an obvious disdain for white people. I was deliberately ignored while being the only one standing in line to check out. Employees would do well to keep their idle gossip about customers to themselves, some of us gueros can understand your "secret" language.

Interesting shop, great for finding ingredients for hispanic dishes, but will certainly bite at your wallet. One dozen eggs=5$

Stopped today with my husband and young daughter. We were so excited to check out this adorable looking store as we love Mexican food and cooking. Upon walking in, we were not greeted. No one smiled. Blank stares and immediate looks of judgement and disgust. At no point did anyone offer to assist us. We quickly found a few items we were interested in including tamales. We wanted to verify the meat filling in the tamales and asked if they were chicken. The woman at the checkout laughed and said she spoke no English. My husband who is semi fluent in Spanish asked for clarification using Spanish. The woman ignored him and started laughing, continued ringing us up, and never said thank you. We also believe we were intentionally overcharged for the tamales. The vibe was very unwelcoming…even towards our small daughter. Clearly our business was not appreciated or wanted in this establishment which is unfortunate because when we lived in Madison we loved our local Mexican grocery and often referred friends to their business. We will not ever be back to Tres Hermanos. We also will not frequent their restaurant again and will tell everyone we know about this very uncomfortable experience. Clearly, only a certain type of clientele is welcomed in this establishment.

I'm very sad that my favorite checkout woman isn't working there anymore! ? She was the BEST!! The new one is alright. At least the store is still the same as before. Mi familia me encanta la variedad de auténtica comida Mexicana y panes frescos!!

Basic authentic Mexican food, which of course means bland flavor. Personally I prefer what is called Tex Mex with lots of flavor in the food.

I love going there for my specialty Hispanic items, they always have what I need and the meat always makes the dish perfect!
