I would not come back to this location. It was busy, so instead of standing in line a man left and went through the drive through and was helped before all the rest of us patiently waiting in-line. The teller seemed unsure of what she was doing. If I hadn't been using US Bank for so long and had good experiences at other branches I would be switching to another bank if that would've been my only experience.

US Bank generally has good service via their online services. However, service at this branch has been disappointing. I've had two incidents now where simple transactions were not completed appropriately. Today the bank staff was unable to process a federal transaction and they said something about how all the banks, not just USBank, in the area were having similar problems 'for months'. I completed my transaction a few minutes later at another nearby bank with no mention of any problems. USBank needs to improve their basic services to continue to be a full service bank since this is the only open branch in this area.

I don't know what is it with the employees working at this U.S. Bank branch but this is not the first time it had happened to me. I don't know if some of these bank clerks are bias toward certain people of different ethnicity and gender, etc.. but it would seem as though they're not doing their job. About 3 weeks ago, I went in to request for a new debit card. I gave them my full info and was told I'll get the new card in the mail within 2 weeks. 3 weeks gone by and so I went back to check on the status of the new card. I was told by one of the bank clerk that it does not even show in their system that I've put in for a new card. What is going on with these bank clerks? You can't even get them to put in an order for a new debit card right, how can you trust them with handling your money? We're not asking for any hugs or handshakes. Just do your job...and if you don't want my business than I'll be more than happy to take my money else where. Thank You.

This branch has been incredible and Michael, the Assistant Branch Manager went the extra mile to help me. I had closed an account about 5 years ago in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, but failed to stop an auto debit, which reopened the account and sent it into overdraft and then dormancy fees. I just found out a couple of months ago that I even had this account. Michael went above and beyond in an attempt to help me, potentially get some of the fees lowered on the account, so that I could get it paid off. Truly a pleasure to work with these last few weeks.

I've gotten nothing but great customer service from this location. Every question I had was promptly and confidently answered. Loved banking here so far.
