“Bought a 2019 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor 3.7 V6 from Chris a couple weeks ago. Very nice and easy to deal. Got me financed within a day even with bad credit, offers a pricey but generous warranty. Car was is great shape and was a better price than most dealerships offered for similar explorers with more miles, older, etc. Only complaint I have is that car had a bad wiper that I didnt notice till about a week later when I used them first.”
“I cannot express how grateful we are for the assistance we received, particularly from Whitney. We are from Chicago and had been stranded (with our brand new Tucson) in Copper Harbor, MI on a Saturday afternoon. This was the nearest Hyundai dealership, so it was where Hyundai Roadside Assistance was able to arrange to tow our vehicle for repairs the following Monday. Not only did they repair the issue quickly, but Whitney kept us updated and advised us to request (through Hyundai customer support) to get our vehicle transported to the dealership nearest to us. She just saved us a ten-hour round trip to retrieve it with either a rental or a borrowed vehicle. If it weren't for her help, I'd STILL be trying to figure out how we were getting back up there. I highly, HIGHLY recommend the service department at Kocourek.”

“Service department is great need something fixed they got you.the only problem is the cars they service not everything is being checked like it should. Problems with brake lines tires rear ended the fogger all were checked off that they were good but they are not just saying”
