“There was something wrong the night I was there as there was only one person working as waiter, cook, and bartender. He did his best coordinating orders and setting expectations, but I feel the experience would have been better with a full staff.Despite the short staff my experience was good since I am patient and didn't have anywhere else to be. I will for sure be dining here again.I think the food suffered a bit due to the above mentioned, but it was still good. I had the Bangers and Mash, which was what I was craving, but it is a tough dish to judge a whole review on.”

“The 'accidental' creation of the 400 block has single handedly transformed down town into a true treasure.Once the bandstand was erected, the 400 Block became a wonderful venue for local and national bands. During the day, this open space makes downtown feel spacious and clean. During the summer, on Wednesday evenings, there usually is a wonderful band playing, at no cost. You are allowed to carry in any beverage/food of your choice. Open alcohol containers are allowed within the 400 block park.During winter months, this area turns into a large outdoor ice skating rink.Restrooms: During the concerts, there are several port-a-potties placed at the corners of the 400 block.”

“Stayed here last week. Very disappointed that hot tub wasn't working. For the money room was not that special. Small pillows and scenery outside window was depressing.”
“Absolutely stunning in every season and in any weather! It's such a peaceful place to relax or explore. The only issue I have is that the gravel is very loose and is not accessible to a walker(rollator) or wheelchair (I have tried both multiple times).”
