Jessica and the staff at Hometown Pharmacy are the best I had a root canal done down in Pewaukee and l Needed a prescription and I wasn’t gonna make it there in time to get The prescription filled. They waited around for me, till I got there 30 minutes before closing and Eric, the pharmacist fill my prescription before they closed All the staff are so friendly highly recommend them

Your Wautoma Pharmacy has extremely rude staff. They are very disorganized and do not understand the concept of Customer Service. They screw things up regularly. Im very unhappy with the service, so much so, that I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Never call me when my prescriptions are ready. Several times they misplaced new prescriptions and 3 months later still waiting for them to process a prior authorization that my doctor sent them 2 months ago. Seriously thinking of changing pharmacy, even though it is the closest to my home.

I love coming here! Might only shop when I have meds to pick up, but I always find something interesting with their food items. Staff is also friendly and caring.

Just stopped in to get a flu shot. You couldn’t ask for a more pleasant environment and clean. The pharmacist answered all my questions and administered my vaccine with such professionalism. Not to mention the friendly assistants. Really living up to their name…Hometown ❤️

I am so happy Hometown Pharmacy opened in Wautoma! The staff is friendly, professional, compassionate, accommodating, helpful....and go over and above for the customer. We have had some medical issues in our family and they are all so understanding and interested in helping us. They are there for questions and even found products that we needed and couldn't find elsewhere...from now on Hometown in Wautoma is the FIRST place I go for what I need! I have gotten needed vaccinations there and they took the time to explain the side effects and monitor me before I went home. I enjoy each and every one of the staff....and the gift shop is awesome! I truly feel you should "show case" this facility and staff on your TV adds! They are fantastic...really customer service involved in everything they do. Truly they care about us! The entire area should know how special they are! Thank you, thank you!!!!

Always willing to go on the hunt for our prescriptions that aren't in stock. The ladies are very friendly, asking about the kids and family, even when they're not in tow! Love to shop while I wait for my prescriptions!!

Being new to the area we needed to move our prescriptions to s local pharmacy. In contacting them they helped us determine the best prices for our prescriptions. They contacted our prior pharmacy and had all records transferred and filled Them based on the information received. I am really impressed with their personal touch and understanding. After the quarantine is done, we are looking forward to meeting them in person!
