My husband and I don’t use this location often, we usually go to Oshkosh. Yesterday my husband needed to switch over to iPhone from his broke android. Ashton helped me and he was so amazing to work with. You could only see the top half of my husband’s screen so Ashton had his work cut out for him trying to transfer data, an hour later and lots of trial and error he got it! He didn’t quit and say he couldn’t do it and that’s amazing customer service, I myself would have been frustrated and quit. I definitely suggest working with him!

So you pushed the wrong button.... This store is not willing to help you unless they sell service or product. Their customer service can not and will not help you like the corporate store in Plover or Rapids can. Please remember they are only an authorized agent store and are NOT able willing to do what the corporate store can. Yes, maybe they are convenient, but please take the time and go to Plover where the experts are in willing to helping you and willing and able to explain ALL of the options and services. I stayed with USCellular, the company, because of Brett and Josh in Plover because they were able and willing to take the time to read our file that corporate customer service put in Thursday night. US Cellular Authoruzed Agent store, you lied when you said there were no comments in our file. Josh was able to show us those comments and the time stamps on those comments. I know I am only one customer with 6 lines, but the word has to be out there that you lied and are untrustworthy. So much for shopping small and local.....An agent makes money by selling. Sell, sell, sell.

My parents went here with a US Cellular phone I had purchased online. The staff was less than helpful! Scanned the bar code and said it didn’t work. Tried again said it didn’t work. Instead of trying to be helpful and troubleshoot or call the help line to see why they just tried to get them to buy another phone from the store. After asking her to type in the code instead of scanning she just continued to scan it and say it didn’t work. Then continued to push for them to purchase a phone from her. I get you get commission but your job is to help people above all else. Needless to say after my dad asked her if that was the only reason she wasn’t trying to figure out why the phone couldn’t be used at US cellular she just completely ignored him and wouldn’t respond to him anymore! Beyond rude! Horrible customer service! I will be taking them to a different store! To think this is how you treat a long time customer with a family plan and 6 lines is ridiculous! Maybe we should take our business elsewhere.

Stay away from US cellular unless you want to be overcharged and under!US Cellular's is nothing but a rip off! For me and my husband' phones (MY PHONE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE, IN ADDITION TO THE PROMOTIONS) we were told that our bill would be between $150-$160. Well, this is that actual amounts (& ITS ALWAYS A DIFFERENT PRICE - THE PAYMENTS WERE AUTOMATIC AND WAS TAKEN ON THE DUE DATE BUT WE STILL WOULD HAVE "LATE FEES" -- IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE?!) 6/2021[FIRST BILL]: $182.99, 7/2021: $180.52 this continues until The 10/2021 bill where they ended up finally credited us for the money they continued to tack on to our bill. The CREDIT WAS FOR -312.33, so we ended up not owing for the months of October, November, and in December it jumps right back up to the original Range, But what's so mind-boggling is the bill is never a consistent price how does something fluctuate so much it's set on automatic payment they just constantly up-and-down the prices But in reality this should be a fixed EXPENSE Not a variable expense! (since At first they would rob us and then give us a credit every month this has happened and the problem continues but due to being stuck in the contracts there's nothing we can do about it, but believe me when I say I will make sure that everyone knows how they conduct their business! There's been times where they hit us with that three or $400 bill with the automatic payments and they do not give the money back they credit your account if you're lucky!

Not a friendly place for seniors. 3rd time I've had to wait over 20 minutes to be helped. My elderly neighbor needs to upgrade his G3 phone. Well...the phone that best meets his need isn't kept in stock and needs to be ordered, then there is a 25 minute call with associate in remote location that can't fix a problem. So over an hour later we've left with no phone and no contract. Very frustrating. You know which phone your seniors are wanting....I was told we aren't Quik Trip, well if the customer service was like Quik Trip is would be excellent. Staff appropriately and stream line the processes to let associates do the work in-house instead of all the remote nonsense.
