I've never had a great experience shopping at the Mayfair Athleta. I've never once been greeted when I walk in whether it's empty or busy. Employees generally continue chatting with each other behind the counter rather than welcome a customer.However, this evening the sales woman who did actually come ask if she could help me got snarky and walked away from me. I went in looking for leggings with pockets and looking to spend my money there, but I walked out with no leggings and a horrible experience.I'll be happy when Lululemon opens again right across from Athleta because that's where I'll shop from now on.

Walked in carrying a garment bag and two large shopping bags, so it was next to impossible to look for sizes and hold onto items. Observed 4-6 employees choosing to continue their conversations instead of helping me. BIG MISTAKE, HUGE!!! I guess I'll order online out of principle because this location doesn't deserve the sale.

Masks and sanitizer available. Always helpful staff without being pushy. They'll answer questions or let you browse - your choice, which I like! High quality athletic and athleisure wear. A customer of the brand for ten years. Fav fabric - Powervita - can't beat it - must try!

One of the strangest shopping experiences of my life happened at this store; the Customer Service was so rude, violated their own return policy, acted like I was bothering them and basically refused to check me out at the counter. I left and called their customer service line and the operator said, "We've had issues at this location with Mgmt. I will refund your money and notify a Regional Mngr." Super weird; if you know the staff is causing problems why haven't you fired them? There are a lot of people looking for jobs right now, it wouldn't be hard to find new Customer Service staff. I will be buying online only from now on. What an epic waste of my time.

I frequent this store and enjoy shopping there although tonight I had the unfortunate experience of "shopping while black". I was given sideways glances and frowns by a male employee and one of his co-workers. They watched me like hawks as I casual browsed and I did not feel wanted or appreciated by those particular salespeople. It ruined my night with my daughter.

All of the staff is friendly except one girl who checked me out and did an exchange, very rude. Brunette with curly hair. She was condescending and spoke down to me like she was better. Also, left my theft guard on and I had to come all the way in the store and didn’t even apologize.
