“By far the best shopping experience I’ve ever had. I worked with almost every employee over the course of a week shopping for multiple suits and outfits for weeklong wedding events. I was shopping extremely last minute and they took a lot of time helping me find the right outfits/sizes. I must have tried on 20 outfits. They were patient and extremely helpful. Everyone at this store deserves a raise. They even found out that one of the outfits was going to be worn the same night and they steam pressed my entire suit and dress shirt after I checked out. Truly an amazing experience shopping here and I will definitely be back for all my clothing needs.”

“I’d say this is a pretty good Old Navy. I’ve been here several times and the only real downside is the long lines during peak times. That’s tough all around these days (Dec 2022) with short staffed retail stores so it’s hard to blame Old Navy specifically. This store still has plenty of merchandise and if you arrive earlier you can minimize the wait time.”

“I stopped into Madewell after seeing a TikTok about a pair of jeans that could work during pregnancy. I hadn’t worn jeans in months, but with the weather getting cooler I knew I needed something comfortable to get me through fall.
I worked with Caitlin D., and she was absolutely wonderful! Not only did she help me find the jeans I came in for, but she also pulled several other pieces I never would have thought to try — and they ended up being bump-friendly at 8 months pregnant. She made the whole experience fun, uplifting, and so easy.
I left the store feeling excited to wear my new clothes instead of discouraged, which says everything about the experience she created. A huge thank you to Caitlin for making shopping such a positive experience during this stage of life!”

“Holy cow! What a change at this store! The staff is absolutely wonderful, the store is organized and clean. The staff was genuinely interested in helping me find a few outfits for my upcoming vacation and the fitting room attendant was as sweet as they come. I needed a different size in a shirt and this girl went and found me the size I needed while I continued trying my other items on. Then I went to the checkouts and the cashier was just as friendly as the other 2 girls I encountered. All I can say is customer service is alive at this store and my experience was nothing short of amazing. I can't wait to go back to this location and shop with them again.”
