I've been going to this cvs for years. Pharmacists and techs are always very helpful, even when you can tell they're understaffed! They always get back yo me promptly when I leave a voice-mail. They all deserve a raise.

I was working on a campaign (for both CVS and a hair brand) and was having trouble finding where the product was located in the store so I asked an older female employee. The employee was very curt and rude and said she’d never heard of the brand before and that they don’t have it. She then walked away. Shortly after I found a display up front highlighting the brand with product already half sold out. That incompetent employee shouldn’t be working there.

Super rude and unprofessional pharmacy employees. I was sent here because my local, regular CVS is closing. I had some new prescriptions. Despite there being 5 employees behind the counter and no line, I stood waiting for 10 minutes before anyone came over. Then she never looked at me, greeted me, nothing. Just deadpan and staring into space, asked name, date of birth, and told me which buttons to press to quickly click through the prescription pick up screens. She never confirmed the medication I was picking up or asked if I had questions. As she was ringing me up, I noticed there appeared to be only one medication and not the two prescribed. I opened the bag, pulled everything out, and as she turned to walk away I said excuse me this looks like only one medication but I had two. She totally ignored me and kept walking!!! I continued to say excuse me and she continued walking. I stood there for several more minutes saying excuse me to the other employees that were filling prescriptions only 10 feet away. Finally I had to yell excuse me I have questions about my prescription and the pharmacist just walked away. The other employee never asked what my question was he just said the other medication is in the store we don't
carry it in the pharmacy. I'm guessing he heard me ask the ignored question to the pharmacist, saw the medication I had opened on the table, and assumed what my question was because they get this question all the time and are sick of answering?? No clue how he knew because he didn't ask what medication I picked up or anything. I understand they are twice as busy as usual since my local cvs is closing and referring everyone to this one but come on, this is beyond rude and unprofessional.

It is the closest drug store. It barely gets the job done. Maybe pay your pharmacists better. Won't be surprised if it is closed soon in the future.

The pharmacy just doesn’t pick up calls. How am I supposed to have my meds transferred? Their stupid app doesn’t let you transfer from CVS to non-CVS.

I had a change in insurance and now have to go to CVS. My doctor sent in my prescription. I received an automated call that they were working on filling it and I'd get another notification when it was ready. Three days later I still hadn't heard anything so I went in and was told it was on hold and I needed to step to the side to speak to the pharmacist. After waiting way too long, she tells me my medication isn't in stock. I would think you would get a call to communicate this information instead of radio silence. Regardless, the pharmacist was extremely rude and she seemed annoyed that she was being interrupted. I have to figure out my options because there is no way I want to deal with this disrespectful staff on a monthly basis.

Paula, our clerk was very helpful and courteous. Brendon, the store manager went way out of his way to help us find several items that would be covered by our flexible spending account. He literally ran back-and-forth twice, from the front of the store to the back of the store, to help find correct sizes and covered items. He even found a box for us, in which to take our supplies home. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this store.

Trash. Can't refill prescriptions timely or tell you when you can expect it. They can't see if it's available at other pharmacies either. I was on hold for thirty minutes and the woman was annoyed that I was asking about a prescription that should have been filled ten days ago. Employees are often rude and seem unhappy to be there.

I went to CVS on 76th. And Blue Mound to buy nature made vitamins. Buy one get one free of green tea capsules.My next stop was to.Metro market And I compared the exact vitamins. And they were $4 less for each one. Then add CVS.
