The staff provided very poor service. That is when they are open because frequently they are not during their posted hours. Ideally pharmacies in other stores are supposed to be convenient, this one is not.

Only 1 person working it so there is usually a wait. Otherwise didn't have an issue picking up the medications. They are closed during lunch hours.

Had several issues filling my Rx and the staff was not very pleasant to work with. Between the rude employees and high cost (able to get my Rx for $28 less elsewhere) I had another pharmacy try to transfer the Rx, but CVS hung up on them multiple times. I will be having my doctor rewrite the Rx at the new pharmacy and I will no longer be using CVS.

Been standing in the drop off section for over 20 minutes with no one in front of me. Worst pharmacy. After this fill I will definitely be switching.

I would give no stars if Google allowed. Worst CVS I've been to. They're slow at refilling medications and never ready when I'm picked up. It's so hard to get a live person on the phone, and they'll just hang up when you're on hold. Dropped off a script, and the medication was not in stocks. To this day, they have not reached out to notify if it ever came, nor can I get through to them. I get better service at CVS in the hood! Don't send your prescriptions here.

WORST pharmacist and pharmacy experience of my life! Was not willing to help with any of the prescription issues beyond ringing me up at the register. Pointed the finger back at everyone else to help me with my challenging needs.

The online app is rarely correct in terms of the day a prescription can be filled - or the number of refills left/available. So when it says in the recording (when you’re on hold for 20 min due to the ridiculous hold times), it says “for faster service, try our easy-to-use app” - yes, it’s easy to use, but it’s just not accurate so it doesn’t matter if it’s “easy to use” when the info is just wrong. Another problem, the last three times I have gone to fill my prescription at 9 am, when the pharmacy opens, there is nobody there to open the pharmacy. Today it was at 9:08 that the pharmacist finally showed up. Last time it was 9:04, and the time before that it was 9:20!!!!!! You can’t make this stuff up…..THREE times in a row the pharmacy didn’t open on time!! What is happening here?? The only saving grace was that the pharmacist did fill my rx for me right away.

The staff was friendly and knew their business.We were told our item would be in the next day and that we should call to check.The item took 4 days to get to the store. Not they fault but it makes us wonder about the next time we get a prescription.Richard V.

My prescriptions don't seem to get filled unless I call or go in on person. I requested my refill through the app 2 days ago and it's still "in process".

Inconsistent service, rude staff and they never get my orders straight, I have to call at least 6 times a year to correct their errors.~~I have to update this that things are not any better.~~~

Since this is the most convenient CVS location for me, I tried to call for prescription info. Once at 2pm, once the next day at 330. Sat on hold both times for over 20 minutes. First time they hung up on me without answering, second time I gave up and hung up after 20 minutes.
