On my first visit I just loved the atmosphere it was clean the customer service was polite and friendly. I enjoyed my conversations with the staff. I would recommend this optometrist. Design Vision is the name. Thanks staff you made me feel cared for. A scale from 1-10 it’s a 10!

When entering the store, everything looks amazing with all the displays of glasses. The high ceiling room is warm and bright. The eye doctor did a thorough exam. Found a change in my prescription. She cared about my needs and explained each exam. The doctor suggested a new kind of contact for dry eyes. Supplying me right away with a free trial of contacts. Lastly, the owner of the store cheerfully helped pick out glasses. She always does an amazing job. The billing was done right away with everything sent to my insurance company. Quick service and quick time to get my new glasses and contacts. So satisfied.

Top notch experience at Design Vision Optical! The fantastic staff treat each other and clients as family. First time here...didn't want to go to a chain store again with sub par customer service. I got exactly what I was looking for, a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with exceptional customer service. The employees all worked together and took their time to help with selection, opinions, and explaining the insurance and options that best benefitted me. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back!

This is THE BEST place to get glasses! They not only spend time helping you find the perfect glasses for you (even if that means trying on every pair in the store!) but they make you laugh while you do it! Would recommend for anyone who is unsure about where to get unique glasses!

These ladies were patient and determined to satisfy me in my search for the perfect glasses for me. I had very specific design needs for myself. They didn't stop looking until they found the perfect glasses for me. I loved the final pair. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very friendly and welcoming. I'm giving a big shout out for these ladies.

Extremely friendly and thorough. They explained all fees, insurance benefits, co-pays, etc. up front. Like, NO ONE does that. Also extremely thorough about explaining costs, features, etc. of lenses and frames. I'll definitely go back.
