Very happy with my in person experience, but after returning my rental I was then hit with a bunch of toll charges that I did not incur. I did not even enter a state that has tolls with the rental vehicle. When I called this office to discuss, they were very dismissive. To me it seemed important to double check which transponder is linked to which rental, but they were not concerned about that in the least.I was instead referred to the outside company that handles tolls for Enterprise. I was eventually refunded because "we value you as a renter", but was also told there was "no evidence" that I hadn't incurred those tolls. I had rounded up and sent video footage of the car parked at my office all day, grocery receipts from a grocery store 119 miles away from the closest toll booth in question coinciding with the time the tolls were incurred, an map screenshots laying out the geography, my locations, and the very far away tolls that I was charged for.It's really disconcerting when a company "values" you yet needs to condescend heavily before returning the money they stole from you.

Staff new just what type of vehicle we needed for our long travels and all our belongings. The ride was excellent and cost was even better. Staff very friendly.

The staff at Enterprise is outstanding. They are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The rental process is seamless from start to finish. They even call after you pick up the car to see if everything is satisfactory and they do the same after you return the car. Amazing service from the Enterprise staff in Wauwatosa. I will only rent from them because they make things so easy.

I recently rented a car from Mayfair location in Milwaukee to attend my 50th high school in Chicago. I was given a Chevrolet car and it was the perfect fit. My car was ready for me, the paperwork and check in was quick and the staff was very cordial. When I returned the car on Monday, again the staff was cordial and I was in and out in a few minutes. Thank you for your prompt attention.

The guy who helped me with my rental was very friendly and helpful. He went over different aspects of the car and how things functioned. It was super easy, and I was out of there in about 10-15 minutes. I am extremely happy with the car I got.

Enterprise is a great rental service in the US. Apparently, the one in Wisconsin have their own different rules which no other enterprise follows or as I now. I have rented enterprise in LA, San Diego, Boston, Vegas, and Colorado and no where there is such stupid rule that makes you pay extra stating that the center is closed. Apart from that, I feel the price and service provided by Enterprise are decent and very similar to everyone else.For example, if you book for a day from Friday to Saturday - they by default charge you for 3 days (Friday to Monday). This system is so stupid even if you want the car for a day and you return the car and drop the keys, they will charge you whenever they open the rental center.

Everything about this Enterprise car rental location totally rocks. Reserving is easy. Time to get into the car is speedy. Returns work just as well. All of the staff behind the counter are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Love the pickup/dropoff service. Rent from this location!

Customer service was amazing. Leah had me in and out. Joey called to check and see how things were going. Some things were wrong with the vehicle but they rectified things right away. Returning the vehicle was just as smooth with the gentleman I worked with. Unfortunately I don’t know his name but he had great customer service as well. I’d return to this location for future rentals.

Warning: To people who have had a claim put against them for a vehicle they have brought back please follow through if you have doubts. You will end up dealing with something you may not have done. I brought a vehicle back I was renting and did a walk around (upon my suggestion) and got a “it looks good, Thanks.” That was at 5:38pm. The next day after 1pm I received a called from the guy who took my car in saying there was a dent in the door and asked if I could come in. I told him I took photos and there wasn’t a dent and I’ll stop in after work. Mind you I didn’t have to comply at all because he had cleared me the previous night. I stopped in after 4 to see the dent. He literally had to point it out to me because I could not see it. I told him I had no knowledge of it and he seen the entire car last night. He told me he would make a claim and they would be in contact. Well, after getting home and checking my email I seen a claim report with a “Conclusion of facts” statement from the worker. He stated the night I brought the car back he told me there was a large dent in the door and I told him I didn’t know how it got there. He also stated I refused to give him my insurance information (my insurance is the one that covered the vehicle rental). To make a long story short he totally lied. That is what upset me, it wasn’t even the dent. I called and requested a call back from corporate. His district manager responded back and he initially took no accountability of his employees action and told me it didn’t matter what his employee said. It was after I requested the video footage be watched and our recorded call be pulled that he went to view the footage and dismiss the claim. I can’t imagine how many people they got over on with a similar tactic. If the guy never lied in that statement I would have probably paid for the dent without a second thought.

I was give a car that had mechanical issues that had it been for my 35 years of safe driving history could've caused my family's life; because these people at enterprise didn't think I could afford the vehicle. I'm still disappointed about my experience. The port to charge the phone was broken; after driving for 4 hour I was absolutely dumbfounded.Over all experience was amazingly unsatisfactory. Not going back.

Good morning. I’ve been renting with enterprise for years . My experience has been a very good one. The company picks me and bring me to the rental site. The customer service has been very good . I would have no problem with recommending enterprise rental as a great place for your rental .

Tyler made my rental experience fantastic. However I don't like the policy that if they are closed on Sundays you have to pay for an additional day. I dropped the keys in drop box on Sunday .They should have Sunday hours!

The staff at the Wauwatosa office was very helpful. Damian assisted us professionally. The vehicle we were given strongly smelled of smoke and that was disappointing. Next time I will be sure to only accept a nonsmoking vehicle.
