Firefly Yoga is just what I needed tonight. I love the range of classes and at each class the instructors give variations so I always feel comfortable no matter how my body is doing that day. Instructors are friendly and well educated. Each instructor has their own teaching style.

I came across Firefly Yoga Loft during the crazy pandemic and am so grateful I did!! Michelle, the owner, is an amazing teacher and a beautiful person!
At Firefly Yoga Loft each certified yoga instructor designs a series of asanas for each class, so you will never experience the same class twice. All of Firefly Yoga Lofts classes are accessible to beginners and advanced practitioners alike; however, we encourage students to choose the class that best meets their needs.
Our instructors are happy to assist students in modifying postures to accommodate illness, injury, or lack of mobility however Firefly Yoga Loft cannot provide large amounts of individual attention in a group class setting. All classes are open to beginners and are created to provide a remarkable whole-body experience. Each class will help build your capacity for strength, balance & flexibility.
