Really frustrated. I scheduled an appointment with a weeks notice for my car to have an oil change. When I made the appointment online it required that I enter the make and model of my car. I figured with this information they would know what kind of oil change and any other materials they would need. Dropped my car off at ten and was told they didn’t have the appropriate filter for my car and if I could leave my car there all day. An all day oil change is ridiculous. Especially with a weeks notice. I would expect them to plan in advance and have the materials required for the appointments that are booked.

This place is TRASH!!!! I would not bash a business if they're really busy, it's understandable, but this place was not busy. I had an appointment at 10 am, dropped off the car at 9:45 am and told them I was waiting and I'll be around, just give me a call. So I walked over to Lowe's to window shop and kill time. About 1 hour later I come back to the shop and noticed my car was in the same parking spot. Usually when your car gets service, they would park it at a different spot. I thought to myself, " that's amazing the tech remembered where I parked." So I went in and I asked the tech at the counter, "what the status was on my car." The tech said they'll check on it. Tech comes back from the garage and says, "you're next on the list." I said, "you haven't worked in it, I dropped it off at 10 am." The shop has at least 3 open bays with 3 techs standing around 1 car, shooting the shit!!!! The Tech at the counter said, "I didn't know if you were going to wait or drop off." It shouldn't matter if I stay or wait, the shop wasn't busy and I had an appointment. They should be working on my car, it's not busy. What's the point of having an appointment and you not working on it. I just told the tech to give me my keys and left. Thanks for wasting my time!!! Do not recommend, this place is TRASH!!!

We have had 3 flats in 3 months and all could not be repaired but Firestone helped us get new tire on our cars!

I do not understand but my experience this second time was terrible. I made an appointment to get my brakes inspected. I need a oil change and tires rotated. They gave me a 10 o'clock appointment. I brought my truck in at eight o'clock because, the weather was not too good. The day of my appointment I dropped my vehicle off. There was not that many vehicles in parking lot. INEEDED my brakes fix that day. I call them at 12 o'clock. They still have not expected my vehicle.So they decided to call me at 3 o'clock and tell me that my vehicle was fine. I didn't need no brakes oil change or tired rotated. Keep in mind they put the sticker in the window. Telling me to come back to them to have these things done. I drove off with my vehicle not fixed and they made me pay for the inspection, something they did not do. My whole day was messed up I lost $40 to Uber. And I was late picking up my kids that evening. I had to pay a fee for it. The next day I made an appointment with another mechanic shop. They looked at my vehicle and I fixed my brakes. And they did a very good job I highly do not recommend firestone for anything.

Charged me $130 for a diagnostic test when I asked for a tune up . they called me and updated me and recommended I take my car to the dealership instead because they couldn't figure out why my check engine light was on and couldn't do anything about it . So I payed $130 for them to do nothing and not give me an answer .

Just took my car for an oil change. The appointment was booked (by phone and not online) and confirmed yesterday. When I arrived, I was told I did not have an appointment. There was also no information in the computer system. I was told it was the call centers fault. They said it happens all the time. Since I had no appointment, they would not complete the work that I had scheduled. When I asked for a manager, I was told there is no manager. I would encourage everyone to avoid this place. Reliability is important. With a lack of a manager there is just no accountability.

I’m not sure what is going on with this location but I’ve never had any problems until now. I went in Friday for an oil change. Didn’t notice until Sunday that there was a big puddle of oil leaking. I immediately called and luckily they were able to get me in asap. Had I not noticed the leak, my car would’ve been done. I’m giving them a 3 ⭐️ because they fixed the problem in a timely manner, at no charge because it was an error on their part. I will not be going back to this location simply because an oil change is a simple mechanical procedure. If they can’t get that right the first time, why would I entrust them with anything else pertaining to my vehicle?

I went to Firestone to get an estimate for my vehicle. Over 800 in repairs.. ok fine whatever. 3 parts needed replacement.I thought ok a little steep let me check another shop. The other automotive shop said I needed 2 parts only and saved me over 300$$ in parts and labor. Shop around if you can. Not going back to Firestone.

I had an appointment to get new tires and received a call saying the time I selected wasn’t available. I rescheduled and when I showed up for my appointment they said I didn’t have one. Then they said I did but they don’t have time to fit me in. I asked to speak to the manager and the man I was speaking to was watching tv while talking to me and said he was the manager. I will be going elsewhere for new tires.

Made a simple oil change appointment for 9:30am and my car was still not in the garage after 45 minutes past my appointment time. When asked why it took so long, my response I received was the tech must be moving slower than usual this morning. Regardless of how slow someone is moving, appointment times should be respected. There was a reason I made an appointment and didn't just walk in.

I dropped off my vehicle yesterday and asked for a brake inspection. They told me “No problem” and said I would have an estimate by tomorrow (Sunday). When I called Sunday, I was told by the receptionist that “they have no record of my car being dropped off”. I was dumbstruck to say the least. I explained how I had dropped off my vehicle and gave my key to the person working yesterday and I had a receipt for a work order. The guy at firestone continued to claim that my vehicle wasn’t there and instead of doing any further search, he hung up on me.I am still in shock. This goes beyond poor customer service and into the realm of intentional maliciousness. I had to walk back to Firestone and thankfully I found my vehicle sitting in the parking lot, exactly where I left it yesterday. When I went inside to get my key, the guy offered no explanation or apology.Something horrible has happened to this company. One thing is clear though, Do NOT ever trust your vehicle with Firestone!

This place is a scam . I took a tire in to get fixed . I fully inspected the tire before bringing to them . They then informed me there was this big piece of metal in my tire. I asked where it was ,they said outside sidewall. It is completely visible. Where as to I seen nothing when I inspected. I told them I want to see the metal and tire . When I arrived to pick up my car. I asked where is the tire and metal . All of sudden they could not find it and said they lost it . Now keep in mind I just had 4 new tires put on 7 months prior to this . They lied to me and scammed me for a upsale. Be aware of this place .
