Called to discuss some concerns with the property and what should have been an easy discussion was very frustrating and unprofessional.

Changed the terms on a verbal agreement because he can just do that. Does not respond to emails, calls, or texts. Very rude and unprofessional. I would not rent from him.

Talked with Jason about renting. He changed his mind about the terms and said he can just do that. He never called me back after so many calls, emails, texts. Very unprofessional and rude.
