Overall good selection, clean and organized. However, prices have been climbing quite a bit, and checkout tends to take longer than at other Goodwill stores in the area. Four cashiers were open as I approached the checkout today, then suddenly three of them closed down. Nobody seemed interested in taking my money, so I left the merchandise on the counter and went somewhere else to shop. Will try back again another time, and hopefully there will be cashiers available.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Extremely high prices for things that are given to them for free and they don't offer exchanges or returns even when charging over $100 for electronics. The manager Sam is extremely rude.

You can find stuff here but it's terribly unorganized. You need to go thru everything because it's not sized well at all.

I've been followed and harassed . I've been treated like a criminal . These Undercovers and workers see a man like myself covered with tattoos walk in the store and they all get PARANOID . I'm 50 years old. I'm a grown man and I definitely don't need to be followed nor harassed . These guys will literally breathe on your neck . This should not be acceptable ,specially someone like myself whom come to this place all the time and spend money . I even give tips . Sad.

Nice goodwill dont know why all the bad reviews good customer service store is pretty huge as well and lots i mean lots of stuff nice designer clothes and decent toys aswell.

Such a terrible location for goodwill. Whenever I am in here I am treated apathetically by the staff. The prices for some things don’t make sense. They had a blood stained sweatshirt on the racks and seemed not to care. There are many better places to spend your money. Especially if you’re looking to support a good cause. Avoid this location if possible

Such a shame what Goodwill has turned into. I understand that the cost of the services they provide have increased like everything in the world. But it’s getting to the point where the prices for some things are outrageous and more expensive than brand new items. The managers are very rude when it comes to customer service at this location and they don’t make you feel welcomed at all. I have shopped at Goodwill locations for over 20 years and it’s has gotten significantly worse just recently.

Probably my favorite location in the area. I always leave this location with a cart full of stuff. The people who donate here get me. 4 stars strictly for shoppability for me as that is most important at resale shops.
Most of my criticism is on the management here:
Didn't really appreciate hearing the manager screaming at her employees for my entire visit on top snapping "WHO'S CART IS THIS?!" followed by immediately being offended when I said it is mine - it's like she didn't expect the customer right in front of it to be the one using it. Odd. My husband also told me that she loudly made a remark about customers having carts when they don't need them as he was walking around near her with an empty cart. Again, all this was just...odd behavior coming from the person in charge of the store... like idk is the new method making all your customers feel weird? I also saw this manager yell directly at a customer for how she was shopping. We are not your employees, whom you should not be quite literally screaming at either but here we are. Speaking of. There was also very loud screaming coming from the back room (yall holding a Fight Club back there?) at one point. The employees at this location are always very kind and helpful and deserve better.
Anyway, besides all that, this is a good location if you don't mind digging around the whole store.

Some shoes are priced way higher than what they’re even worth, used shoes for $40 or $50 is not uncommon to see. Very disappointing that a lot of prices have gone up too high.

Great store definitely have to dig to find stuff but I'd you like doing that then this is the store for you. It's a very clean store but it has a lot of product. Clothes, DVD's, home items, Knick knacks if your looking for any of that stuff then come here. I don't think you'll be disappointed!
