Some shoes are priced way higher than what they’re even worth, used shoes for $40 or $50 is not uncommon to see. Very disappointing that a lot of prices have gone up too high.

Great store definitely have to dig to find stuff but I'd you like doing that then this is the store for you. It's a very clean store but it has a lot of product. Clothes, DVD's, home items, Knick knacks if your looking for any of that stuff then come here. I don't think you'll be disappointed!

Sold a broken TV. Worse case scenario of it turning on and working at store to me trying to set it up at home and it flashing uncontrollably between different screens. Very disappointing, these products clearly are not tested thoroughly.

Made a trip at 6pm Wednesday, June 14th to make donations. Had a thoroughly unpleasant experience with the staff member. Description of the guy, balding with a brown hair buzz cut. No name tag, probably for good reasons. Wasn’t greeted even after we both made acknowledgments, and he started throwing out items while we loaded the bins. Mind you they were Xmas ornaments. Gentleman I was with followed inside to ask for a slip when we finished up. The guy turns around, puts the slip on his chest, flips his hand with a shoo motion and tells him to get out. No manners and not even a “thanks for supporting Goodwill”. We DEFINITELY will not support a facility with representation like that. For anyone reading go support out the Menomonee Falls location, better service. What a shame.

Drop off guy is trash. Was told a pottery barn wool rug was garbage because it was a little stained and has some missing wool. Can be used as a nice laundry room rug but no I guess it’s garbage.

How are you closed at 7?! I walked in at 645 and the overhead voice instantly said they were closing. I get off work at 530, get home and have dinner. How tf do I have time to come shop? You get all your inventory for free, but you can't pay workers to sell it? What a scam.

Not much to pick from and the shelves are so messy you have no idea what is what. Half of the items end up broken because of it and the aisles are too crowded to push a cart around

Huge selection of items and they take time to keep everything well organized even with "messy" customers! Today's visit was disappointing as the shelves were messy and many clothing items should be salvaged and not put out for sale.

I did find clothes items that I needed but all and all I missed the furniture the bags plus the carts you can't wheel out to your car oh well the company has plans but I'm just wondering how long will Goodwill last I think Goodwill was more popular way before the virus sit at least 2015 and up I think Goodwill lost popularity when they got rid of many items

Perhaps teach your employees some basic manners. The last 3 times I've been there dropping off donations, the guys want to just start grabbing items out of my car without asking if it's an item that is being donated. It also would be nice to hear a simple "thank you" at the end. I dropped off 3 loads in the last 3 weeks and not one "thank you" was spoken.

My one star rating is for one reason and one reason alone. The Goodwill stores of Greater Milwaukee still close their doors at 7:00 p.m. every night. I think we are past the point of restricting hours at every other retailer. It's also frustrating that every store starts making rude announcements over the intercom about a half hour before they even close. I will be very happy to update my rating to five Stars for this store once the hours return to something that can accommodate people who work. It's a shame because all these stories have great people working in them and they all do an excellent job of keeping up with the inconsiderate customers who find it necessary to trash the stores with zero regard for their fellow shoppers or the employees. It would certainly go a long way towards helping to fund the Goodwill mission if people would have a little respect and keep the stores clean.
