Went to Milwaukee with my wife and two kids for a field trip. I live about 3 hours north. As I was leaving Milwaukee my truck started to jerk as I accelerated on the highway, then my engine light started flashing. I immediately got off the highway and pulled into a BP. This was at 11:00pm on a Thursday night. I found a parking lot close to park it for the night and rented my family and I a hotel. Being it was going to be a Friday I was very concerned if I'd be able to get the truck looked at, let alone fixed. I found IA Solutions on Google, noticed they were right around the corner and had good reviews. Called them right away in the morning and was greated by a very nice receptionist Lynn. Told her my deliema, and she said even though Ivan had a busy day scheduled she would see what he could do. She called me back very shortly later and said he could take a look at it. I brought the truck over and within the hour Ivan had diagnosed the problem. He came over, explained the situation in detail with me, gave me a quote, and I told him to go ahead with the fix. Ivan said it'd be a few hours so he offered me a ride to my family. Having to pay for a couple Ubers already, I accepted. Called me a few hours later with the truck all fixed and Lynn offered to pick me up. I was on my way home by the afternoon. I cannot say how appreciate I am of the care and kindness Ivan and Lynn were to me and my situation. If I lived in Milwaukee this would be my goto for all my auto care. Thank you agian IA auto!!

Exceptional work! I didn’t handle the news of how much work needed to be done very well at all. My mom had just passed away days earlier so to say I was emotional would be an understatement. Not only did they do incredible work but they helped with being able to afford it all too. I didn't deserve such phenomenal treatment. Anyway - I made sure the others in my family and circle know that they now all have to take their business here. The gentleman we worked with is an exceptional human being.

Ivan was fantastic! I needed a quick tune-up and repair on my vehicle before moving across the country, and he was incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient. His honesty and willingness to assist me during such a busy and stressful time was greatly appreciated. The prices were very reasonable for the high-quality work, and he even gave me a rag to keep in my car for checking my oil in my new state. I couldn’t recommend someone better than Ivan.

Ivan was very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Their rates are average for the area. His team also went out of their way in getting me a tow from a very low ceiling underground parking structure. He quickly called me with a diagnosis and estimate. The repair was completed the following day with the final price being the same as the estimate. Would highly recommend. Thank you again!

I spoke to Ivan and he was able to fit me in last minute. Definitely saved the day. I would absolutely bring my vehicle back in for service. They have better hours than other mechanics in the area too.
