I came in a few weeks ago to get some new shoes and had the BEST service ever. Kwan helped me out, and I will always go back to this location specifically for them! They were patient, helpful and solution focused when what I wanted wasn't in stock. I went to Journey's in Southridge a few days ago and since having a 5 star customer service experience with Kwan, this didn't even compare. To be honest, the Southridge people didn't even get off their stools behind the counter to greet me. Mayfair is a farther drive for me but one I am willing to make for the level of service I received! They definitely need a raise and a big pat on the back! Thanks Kwan, you're the best!

Journeys is amazing! I was going there to buy a pair of dark blue converse high tops that I absolutely love! Everyone working there was nice. Love to go there again.

I had an amazing experience at the Mayfair Mall Journey’s today! I was picking out a new pair of Dr. Martens sandals and received wonderful help from Jakar! He was personable and relatable, while also being super helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I have shopped at Journeys for years and this is by far the best experience I’ve had with an associate. Jakar is the man!

I visited the Mayfair mall location in Wauwatosa Wisconsin on New Year’s Day. The store was quite busy however there was one employee there who I saw putting extreme effort into seeing to every customer, his name is Al. I want to recognize him because it could’ve been a situation where everyone there was waiting and waiting but he tried his best to get around to each person and check in with them, even taking the time to advise on fits and the quality of the materials for different shoes. After telling him that I’m definitely going with the pair I had tried on, he offered to take care of repacking it for me. At the counter where I was getting checked out, I noticed he was taking special care to make sure that it was re-packaged exactly how it was intended. He was friendly, patient and collected in the high volume moments of the store. I hope management takes the time to recognize him personally as he went above and beyond. I bought my first pair of Dr Martens almost a week ago and every time I put them on I think of my great experience. I work in the service industry and have for my whole career, Al reminded me what it’s like to be on the receiving end of kind, generous, and thoughtful service.

They do not sell shirts for people over xl and very low quality on items and too over priced the customer service could have been better could get all this stuff through Amazon for way cheaper

I went to this store with the intention to buy - the customer service at first was amazing she was very helpful. We got my shoe & went up to register. BUT once it was clear that she had my sale her & another worker started talking very unprofessional, ex: “F*** the rest of the day I got my goal in what you got” & “after this sale I’m in my bonus so all I wanted was this” like whaaat!?! Hello! Still standing here! I’ve done commission so I know it can be tough but you never let the customer know that & especially in that way. The manager walked up & joined them in the foolish unprofessional conversation... I left, with the shoes, but truly wanted to return them all because of how they acted but I wont go back in the store.
