First of all, I must state that the staff was absolutely wonderful - wish I could rate them separately. We bought a custom ordered recliner. Although the mechanical parts are guaranteed for life, which is great, the upholstery is not. I’m curious how long it’s going to hold up. I don’t know who they have doing the upholstery, but they surely are not professionals! I just had 5 pieces of antique furniture reupholstered and they’re immaculate! They WERE professionals!As you can see, a VERY sloppy job…

Scott McGowan was great to work with. He was very professional and was very knowledgeable on their products. He had patience for us to test out all of the rocker/recliners. Scott gave us space and we did not feel rushed over overwhelmed.

We just had the most amazing experience at this store. The sales associate we dealt with was Scott McGwan. We have not had this type of wonderful experience in a long time. His helpfulness and patience was absolutely amazing. He was able to give us exactly what we needed. And he did NOT pressure us in anyway. He gave us the time we needed to discuss our purchase alone before coming back to make sure we were getting what we wanted.

After visiting a furniture store and deciding on a living room set that was all Lazyboy we decided to go to a Lazyboy showroom to see if the prices from our first store checked out. To our surprise some of the items were significantly more at Lazyboy. Entering the store we began looking for our set on the showroom floor and were met by the manager Don Ollenburg. He was very helpful in finding the pieces we were about to buy at a different furniture store. Some of the pieces were priced higher at Lazyboy. However he explained that they would match the prices from the other establishment. Not only that he was able to give us some extras that saved us a good amount of money. Also the warranty from Lazyboy was much better. Don taught us a valuable lesson in shopping for furniture….keep shopping and compare prices elswhere. We were able to get the furniture we wanted at a lower price with a better warrenty. He also told us that Lazyboy makes the furniture and being a Lazyboy store our delivery time would also be better and the financing if we decided to use it was 0% for 3 years…. We are really glad we continued to shop even after we had found what we wanted… Keep shopping and comparing prices. Thanks again Don!

Excellent customer service, an incredible selection of colors, textures and styles sure to please everyone! Stephanie and Donald are very talented and worked very hard to find us what we wanted. We are very happy with our purchase and at a surprisingly reasonable price!

The La-Z-Boy Rep that waited on me didn't really seem very interested in selling a chair, or anything else for that matter. I felt like I was bothering him during his lunch break or something. I had to look around and find the chair by myself even after asking if they had anything on clearance.I finally found what I was looking for and paid for the chair. He asked me if I needed help taking the chair to my car and I said sure. He showed me how to take the back off and after taking that to my car by myself, I went back in and got the base that hadn't moved while I was gone. Again, he asked me if I needed help, but by then I could tell that he really didn't want to help, so I took the base out by myself.As my wife and I were leaving, we talked about how bad the service was there. If it wasn't for the fact that I valued La-Z-Boy so much and I needed it that day, I wouldn't have bought it there or from La-Z-Boy at all.
