Bought two refrigerator Samsung and both of them failed one after 5years and the other one after 7 years. Beautiful look but terrible product

Good for pickups, and attendants at self-checkout were very nice during today's visit, but every time I visit the garden center, very few of the plants have been watered. It was in the mid-80s today, and the soil of all the plants I looked at was dry and leaves were shriveling -- and this was NOT in the half price area, which looks just terrible. Do better and keep your plants alive if you want to sell them.

This store is only receiving a 5 star because of Nicole (Manager). My mother and I came in today to purchase some appliances and some issues occurred with lack of customer service. I asked to speak with the manager and Nicole came in and made everything right. Her management skills and ability to appease the customer was above and beyond. She not only saved the store from a bad review but she also earned them a sale which was a lot. (3 big ticket items) The way Nicole listen to my concern, apologized for her staff and then corrected the issue was impeccable. If I worked there she would be employee of the month. Thanks again Nicole you are so much more than a supervisor, you are a true leader. Thanks again for making my Mother’s Day by helping her order the appliances she needed.

If I could get this place zero starts I happily would. Staff is too unprofessional and ghetto. From the time that I walked in to the time that I asked for assistance I was given the “mean-mug”. Imagine trying to rectify an issue regarding an entire mix-up-for-an-online-order but instead Staff are too busy acting weird towards you & subliminally judging your physical appearance and the way that you speak. To add insult to injury, when trying to resolve the online issue with Staff, (because the items should’ve been shipped to the store for me to pickup instead of my home), I found myself over explaining the situation to Staff who didn’t even want to service me at let alone rarely respected me enough to take me seriously because of my physical appearance. This also happened to me at the location in Franklin, WI as well. Extremely weird energy from most staff that I encountered at both locations; so strange that it creeped me out ?. Staff that I encountered at this location is not friendly approachable— let alone professional. They’re more-so rude. I’ll never come back to another Lowe’s ever again. Will stick to Home Depot for all of my home needs.

Staff isn’t very helpful. Decent variety. You’ll have to search outside in front of the store if your looking for ready-to-plant garden herbs/fruits/vegetables.

The associates at this store seem like they couldn't care less about helping their customers. Every request or question is met with an exasperated sigh or shuffling feet. Nobody seems solution-oriented. Whether it's in person or over the phone, associates simply come up with reasons why they can't help or transfer you to someone else who also claims they can't help. You're better off driving a few blocks north to Home Depot. I've found their staff to be more willing to help and to go the extra mile. And I honestly never thought I'd say that about a Home Depot.

One of the better home improvement stores within a reasonable distance from 41/45. Always well-stocked and plenty of staff around to help. I go here often, and would recommend it to anyone.

We choose to shop this Lowe’s over any other similar type store. The manager is super super kind and goes above and beyond to be helpful to customers. Always good customer service, too.
