The night managers here are very sneaky. They intentionally make false claims to the higher ups in mall management. Overall very accusatory and easily spooked.

At this particular Lululemon store, the employees are so polite and understanding of your needs! I come back every once in a while to buy something, and the quality of their clothing is great! I own several things that were purchased over a year ago, and they haven't worn out since. If you live in the area, definitely stop by!

The employees at this Lululemon store are some of the sweetest people I have ever met in retail. They work very hard in all aspects of the job, and they are always ready to help a customer. I appreciate everything they do. The girls who helped me were very friendly. Everyone in the store shows they care and want to help, and they’re always ready and happy to support anyone and everyone who walks in. The store is also very well organized which makes it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. Wonderful store to shop at!

Went in a few weeks ago to try on different sizes of the Define Jacket, so I could purchase it online in the color I wanted. Staff was friendly and helpful, but I did feel like I was being watched when I was in there, however, I don’t blame them with the rising rate of retail theft in the area.

(TW: This review is longgg)When I went to this Lulu at Mayfair Mall for the first time with my friend, I expected the staff to be slightly disrespectful because I have read reviews of some other locations. Surprisingly, they were all very nice and extremely polite and helpful!The woman named Pearl who was near the fitting rooms was very kind and helpful. She told me to ask if I needed anything. A taller blonde woman who was probably middle-aged knew at once what I wanted to ask about the leggings. (Didn't end up buying them; I didn't bring enough money ?.) The young cashier that had brown hair in a bun was very nice and asked how my day was. She set up my account really quick and gave me one of those big red bags.The Hotty Hot Shorts that I got (wearing while writing this) are soooooo comfortable. I could sleep in them, run in them, sit in the grass, and do literally so much while feeling that I had nothing on.I highly recommend this Lulu outlet to any newcomers. Definitely coming back soon.

I bought new vest earlier with some indent on it, the sales person told me it will go away but it didn’t! I explained to the lady and she asked me to go to the cashier. No one available as she was helping a customer. Waited for a while. She told me that the vest is not available and they can’t do anything about it as nothing equivalent exist!

Spend THOUSANDS at the store, won’t even let me exchange a pair of pants for different size. Don’t even want money back. Now, returning the last 2-$500+ orders just placed in last 2 days. Pretty stupid management!!!!

got followed around before making my purchase and a skinny little white guy(maybe a girl I couldn’t tell) kept eyeing me as if I was going to steal something. the cashier lady was nice and helped me but definitely will not be coming back to buy anything from this location if that’s how they treat first time customers who are browsing.

In the past didn't receive the best service but was surprised today that everything went really well. Cant say i received good service from another store in the mall that just opened. Found what i needed and was in and out.
