I recently visited the store this past weekend & I usually stick to purchasing online and with this experience, I’ll continue doing that. I realized the salesperson didn’t ask me for my phone number to add the points to my loyalty account and I didn’t even get the free product that was on my receipt. I saw that the points in my receipt went to a loyalty account that has like 11K+ points, which I personally don’t have that much. I did contact customer service and had the points manually added to my account. pretty shady if you ask me for a salesperson to rack up points on behalf of customers.

This was my first time going to a MAC store so I drove from Mequon to Mayfair for a lipstick that stated it t was in stock and when I got there of course it wasn’t so I did order it online and was charged $7 for delivery. The next day I placed an order for 5 lipsticks and an eyeliner to be picked up and I even called the store to let them know that my sister who lives close by was coming to get it, as soon as she got there they told her an hour or so. I was teed so I told them to cancel the order. I am not happy with store front but hey it’s probably not for me. Good luck.

I stopped in yesterday to get a bottle of make-up and I had to wait a few minutes to be serviced but that was no problem. What I liked was that the salesperson Jade was very nice with her customer and explained everything very well to her. When she waited on me,she was very friendly as well. I look for great customer service whenever I shop and Jade is a GREAT EXAMPLE OF AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This will be my only Mac store that I will come to. Jade,you are appreciated…

The sales girl was not friendly. I have been using this product since forever. Macy's clerks are much nicer. Too bad . I like to support stores where clerks are helpful, patience, and kindI am a Seasoned lady and that's what I look for mostly. Also I ended up getting wrong color lipstick not happy.

Victoria and team member Aya helped me select beautiful lipsticks and lip liners that are perfect for my medium skin tone! I have been helped by Victoria color match foundations/ powders and have always loved the way the makeup looks! The store always looks clean and I leave with a big smile after a shopping haul at mac!

I filed a complaint with corporate and they will address my issue. There is only one person in the store that is nice and sadly, he was not there on the day of my visit.
