I am in love with this store. So many deals specially on weekend. If you are lucky you get new collection at best prices. Best place for shopping office cloths, skin care, fitness cloths, men’s wear, shoes and kids dresses. Great perfume collection.

Macy's furniture delivery services are really horrible! I had to cancel my order today because the driver did not even waited for more than 15 minutes in my building. I waited for more than one month for this sofa to be delivered. However, Macy's delayed the delivery again and again. Today, their tracking system did not show the driver's status timely and changed the time again and again. I had been waiting in my own apartment but the phone call from the driver was not heard. When I recalled to the Macy's agent, she told me the driver should be waiting there for 15 minutes. However, when I went downstairs within 2 minutes, I did not see the driver at all. And I called the agent to ask them to contact the driver to see whether he will come back, but the driver refused to do so. The agent told me the driver said he called me at least 30 minutes earlier, that was totally none sense because the earliest missed call in my phone was 13 minutes ago. The driver did not even tried to contact me at all because we have a front desk and they will let him in as long as he even gets off his car. I guess he probably lied to the company. Thus, I did not have any patience for the so-called reschedule because who knows what could happen again. That's why I made an official complaint to the agent in the phone who is very nice and friendly and cancelled the order after these terrible experience. Don't waste my money and time for this horrible furniture purchase in Macy's again!

While this store has plenty of well priced clothing, it is woefully lacking adequate management, customer service and cash registers. Half of the fitting rooms remain closed while the existing employees, if you can find one, are clearly unhappy, unhelpful and overwhelmed.

Macy's area and regional managers should be ashamed of what they have let happen in this store. Long gone are any higher end brands. The Backstage design and concept are low-rent and feature off-brands more suited to Burlington Coat Factory and Ross. Don't use the excuse of "online shopping has killed brick-and-mortar." I was fully prepared to make holiday purchases. They have driven away the average consumer to cater to second and third tier shoppers. The entrances have never been upgraded since taking over from Marshall Fields- it simply screams "no one cares." This is pure mismanagement on the part of Macy's Corporate and Brookfield Properties. Their default is to throw up their hands and give in to the demise of the urban mall. There is money to be spent, but the people in charge need to wake up and recognize that.

It's Macy's equivalent of TJ Maxx,, So if you love Tj Maxx like I do then this is for you, scored a pair of French Connection heels originally 109 marked for $29 for 13. They have a rewards program.

Macy's has the nicest staff; haven't been here in a long time and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Tip: Check out Macy's discounted section in the lower level. It's a hidden gem!

I went here to get some retail therapy and escape covid confinement. At first I was a little depressed with the repetitive, lower end merchandise and what appeared like a ghost crew. but it turned around, and in the end I found some very nice pieces at a bargain and had some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. I hope this store can pull through hard times, losing it would mean many losing their jobs and we would lose an icon in the department store industry!

Family got me a dinnerware set here as an xmas gift. One of the coffee cups came broken when they picked it up but the rest of the set was intact. We had all original packaging other than packing paper for it. They were only willing to take it back if we had that as well and then would have to get an entire other set after I had already cleaned and put the other dishes away. As they know most people most likely would've thrown some of packing away so they refused the return for an intact set forcing the customer to get the shaft and take the loss for not getting what they paid for. Poor customer service. Won't purchase from them in the future.

This store has very few workers manning the registers and so I decided to try using their scan and go option because I was in a hurry. I picked up the item I wanted scanned and paid for it using the Macy's app. Then the app told me to go to a register, which is what I was trying to avoid. There is only one spot to check out using scan and go, which was on the complete opposite end of the store. So now instead of just going to a register to check out, I had to go to a far off customer service desk. I had to wait in line, and then they were having technical issues so they had to return the item and repurchase it. So now a 1 minute process took more than 20 minutes. This is not technology. I will no return to shop at this store.

Not the best Macy's the workers are not that friendly they can't even help u with a simple question was trying to get a price check and the lady said that she was busy and couldn't help umm excuse me and my friend werre paying together 1 shirt for 60.00 and another one for 45.00 so two shirts other then this the mall ain't the best either.....need improvement on customer service
