OMG - the woman who was cashier in the lower level near the kids section was absolutely horrendous. She missed giving me a gift receipt and then tried to say they could just use the regular tags to return it and not use a receipt. So I said if they couldn’t do a gift receipt I’d just return since I wasn’t sure on sizing. Then she couldn’t give me anything to show the transaction was returned. And then recharged me and told me she’d give me a gift receipt now and my guess is she just charged me three times and I’ll have to call the store to get them to reverse it later. That was an hour of my life I’ll never get back. Never going back to that Macys. I might never go to a real brick and mortar store again lol.
