Wow, meet David when I got inside. Explained to him what I was looking for and what the expectations were. He quickly came up with a few options. His choices were incredible and quick! very good taste and colors.I was so happy and surprised to have everything in stock in a sixe that fit very comfortably. Thanks for the help David!!!!

My man David was legit! I bought a tux there and I will not lie. I was very picky about the fitting of the shirt and David helped me. He was patient and gave great feed back! I recommend working with him 10/10!!

Walked in to buy a black suit for my college-aged son for a formal event. We were in and out with the entire ensemble in about 15 minutes. Sales associate Sam Kelly was helpful, friendly and efficient. All the stars!

Some of the staff was professional, some seemed a little lost. Six of us rolled in there (apparently we should have made an appointment) but it went pretty smoothly regardless. All in all a good experience, that didn't take all day, would recommend.

A million thank yous to our outstanding consultant, David Scott. He helped my husband pick out the right suit for his body type, coordinating shirts, ties, pocket squares and footwear for an upcoming family wedding. It was a very positive experience with David’s expertise and suggestions. You are going to love the way you look!

Just walked out of the Wauwatosa location. I had honestly thought all Men's warehouse stores had a standard of service. I guess not! We walked in, no one greeted us, asked us for help or even seemed interested even when we looked in associates' directions. An associate was vacuuming and wouldn't stop, until I blatantly asked for help at which he very disinterestedly showed me something that might work for what I was looking for which didn't because he wasn't even paying attention to what I said. I'm not particular about results as much as I am an effort towards customer service, and there honestly was none. I don't know who the regional manager is that is in charge of this store but I will say I'm thankful I've had excellent experiences at other stores and had I not experienced that, I would have thought this store was the standard of how men's warehouse stores operate. They lost my business (and I spend a lot at Men's warehouse stores on Joseph Abboud and Calvin Klein as does my family), and I will let others know this store will not be close to what they are looking for in an MW location. Extremely disappointing. I would give them a negative 4 stars if I could.

We had OUTSTANDING service from David Scott at Mayfair Collection. My husband needed a tux…which we then purchased, then came back for what became a wardrobe refresh with multiple shirts and a jacket/blazer. David provided us with the guidance needed - and we couldn’t be more impressed. Thank you!

Walked into the store and nobody batted an eye. Just because I look young. Little did they know I was ready to buy a whole suit. I was looking at everything. And nobody even bothered to ask. So you know what I did I left because why should I buy a suit from them when I can go buy another from a company that actually cares about customers. Weak o store. Acting like they are such expensive suits, sooooo high fashion. Maybe if I wasn’t young and Asian. I would be able to get some customer service.

I had a rough experience at a different location, however, David Scott at the Wauwatosa location provided impeccable service. The wrong size was given to me at this other location, David provided an easy exchange, and even pressed my brand new suit free of charge and gave me a nice garment bag without even needing to ask. I will drive the extra miles to get such great service again. Thank you for restoring my faith David, you are fantastic.

My husband and I came in so he could get measured for a suit. After asking for help he has to wait almost an hour, and when we finally got help, the man was super rude. He refused to do certain measurements and at one point wasn't even sure what the measurement was and was "eyeballing" it.Overall a super frustrating experience and we'll be buying menswear from somewhere else from now on.

I went to Men's Wearhouse to pick up a suit for an interview. I needed it for a really quick turn-around and I’m not an easy fit either. I met with David Scott and gave him the scenario. He was beyond helpful and gave me so many options to choose from and guided me through picking out a perfect suit that was versatile, and looked great. On top of it he was able to get it tailored and turned around on the same day! Thank you so much David for you helping me find the right suit for me and your expertise

Honestly, it has been nothing but frustrating working with MWH. My fiance and I had an appointment scheduled for selecting out suits, colors, etc for our upcoming wedding, from the moment we set foot into the store and began working with MARY JO it was like we were an annoyance. She has horrible customer service. She only showed us 1 option for the color we had wanted in suits. After sizing my fiance, he had told her he didn't like the way his shirt fit, and she told him "it fits correctly, im done with you". She then proceeded to express to us to never go to their brookfield location and talked bad about their sister stire. But actually I would only refer people to go to their brookfield location. The people there are happy to help you and want to make you get what you want and are happy when you leave. A week later I did go to their brookfield location and expressed I did not like the suit MARY JO had showed us and the lady at brookfield pulled out over 5+ different options to choose from. I left feeling so much better about our selection. But because we changed the suits a couple of the groomsmen needed to make a change to their styles. One of the groomsmen in our wedding party went back to the Wauwatosa location and again had go deal with MARY JO. When he had explained to her he needed to change she rudely responded "why". I will never recommend anyone to go to their Wauwatosa location and to steer clear of MARY JO. She has no idea how to communicate with clients and should be off the front end.
