I be purchased non perishable medical items for post op. I got one of them wrong. So after my two weeks I came in to return lithe incorrect item. Drea reluctantly helped me and also scolded me for not having it back sooner. I am not a person that returns stuff. If returns are a problem, create a policy I guess but don't scold people.

When the Metro Market opened in Mequon, I was pretty impressed. Much better than Pick 'n Save. But when the Glendale Pick 'n Save turned into a Metro Market, it's a little different. very little staff, produce seems OK just not organized and clean. But otherwise it's OK.

Horrible experience... screaming customers and crazy place. I won't return. It used to be a nice grocery store.

I stop going to other metro markets and pick n save by my house because of very bad customer service and unorganized stores. Some of them didn't even have shopping carts. Also very bad customer service. Rude employees and not caring about customers. Went so far with one experience where self checks out designated employee used her middle finger to fix the touchscreen for me. LOL. Also, all of these stores are becoming a gathering point for panhandlers. I went to this pick n save (metro) because usually, they have everything I might need. Shopping carts are ready for customers and fewer panhandlers at the store entrance. overall OK experience

I wish I could give this store negative 5 stars. Everyone from Tyler in management down to the barista's at Starbucks are complete imbecile's! Today I was harassed because the barista got my order wrong and decided to argue with me back-and-forth and threaten me. All while I'm with my child. Tyler in management did not make it any better nor defuse the situation and decided to remove me from the store without giving me a refund. Thank you to the young lady at Starbucks corporate for refunding me and adding extra for my difficulties. I am waiting to hear back from the district manager regarding Tyler! I am taking this complaint all the way up the chain and I will be filing a harassment suit!

Pharmacists are very nice. The 2 pharmacists have been there for several years. They were very helpful when I was getting my Moms prescriptions filled there. When I went on Medicare a few years ago had my prescriptions switched to Metro Market. They had a pharmacy tech working there who did give customers an attitude. Have not seen her working there since December.

Online shows availability for flu vaccines. Took aver 10 minutes to enter all required information. Website error said to call the store. As I was already there I walked to the pharmacy to ask about the flu shot. There was no wait as there was no one at the pharmacy but one tech. Was told they aren't actually doing flu vaccines. Apparently they can only offer one type of vaccine at a time. Unless you are receiving Pfizer covid vaccine, they have no way to help you. Also, typically stop at the bar to try a wine before purchase. No one working there either. Left to complete all of my shopping elsewhere.

Don't bother....I have gotten my flu vaccine there for at least three years, as well as my two Covid vaccines and booster a couple of weeks ago. ( I have Prostate Cancer) Today I wanted to schedule an appt. for my yearly flu vaccine. I was rudely told "ya gotta go on line" while waving a piece of paper at me. I explained that in the past I had been scheduled at the pharmacy. She barely looked up at me, waived the piece of paper, and again said rudely, "ya gotta go on line !!!". I just turned around and walked. I reviewed the store a couple of days ago, but never thought I would have to give the pharmacy a negative review also. SEE (YA) METRO MART/PHARMACY...............BETTER MAKE SOME CHANGES OR YOU'LL ALL BE LOOKING FOR NEW EMPLOYMENT.

POKE BOWL. Not advertised anywhere in the on-site sushi bar, but I requested it and after a little confusion the crew made up a generous portion for $9.99 (easily for two). English is not very good and the guy told me that it had "cinnamon" in it until a girl came and explained that it was "salmon". The bowl comes in a square box, and if they expand to offering more than just one choice of fish, I'll buy there again.

Prescription is hardly ever filled on time and they always have an attitude when I ask simple questions. Definitely switching to Walgreens.

There are always too few checkout lanes open. Just waited 15 minutes standing in line.

My grandma got me a cake from here for my birthday, she claims it's better than any bakery around. Upon tasting this beautifully decorated cake, I'd be foolish NOT to agree. I requested marble and the only downside is that it only comes in the 8 in cake size. But to be honest, I'm not even mad we have so much left over. Would definitely go back!

The lady sent me a picture of some ribs that she was having for dinner so I asked her where she got them and she said Metro has them in the hot grab and go section. I asked her if they were real smoked ribs like the smoked brisket sandwich that I had in the Shore wood store that was not bad at all for the price about $7 and she said yes. The store it self is just like any other Metro store with a great produce section as well as the fresh seafood and meat section. The Todd's bbq section is next to the grill where they will grill you a fresh sandwich again when this virus thing is over but you can still get the bbq. The grab and go section has full dinners ready to heat and eat along with bbq items. She was right because they had a full slab of ribs for a ridiculous price of $9.99 in the grab and go case. The ribs looked and smelled just like a good bbq restaurant would serve to my amazement with a great bark. The ribs were actually tasty with a nice smoke flavor and a tasty rub that had to be about 17 bones and meaty. The ribs were tender and moist that were better than a lot of bbq places that I have been to. This is a great option for grab and go bbq ribs I thought because they were decent and when you consider a big meaty rack for only $9.99 out the door, the price vs quality is amazing because I have never had a full rack of decent bbq ribs for under $10. I would definitely get Todd's bbq again after the brisket sandwich and ribs because it totally satisfies my bbq thirst.
