Car wash was not worth the money. Half of the option did not work including the sign to the left stating what stage the wash was in during the process. Only rinse was properly working. My car still had bugs and layer of grime after the wash

Card reader locked my card in place, wouldn't read or release it. Nobody responded when I pressed the help button, so I went in and the clerk was just sitting there on their phone. They told me I had pressed a wrong button, that I would have to hit clear, then wait 2 minutes for my card to be released.While I didn't think I had pressed a wrong button, I decided to try again, maybe i had. Followed all the prompts and, yup, it did the same thing.Oh, and did I mention this happened during minus temptations and wind chill? Yeah...This isn't the first time I've run into issues with this place, but it will be the last, will definitely start going to the station across the street.

Terrible business owner. Drove my car through the car wash there. Right half of underbody doesn't work, no soap was dispensed, no wax was dispensed. And finally the thing that broke the deal was the drying cycle stopped after a second. I went in and explained to the female attendant that the drying cycle didn't work in addition to the other small items ( soap and wax). She was rude and told me "at least you got a wash". I explained I didn't get what you paid for and wanted to talk with the owner. After another few rude moments she went outside to see the water still on the car and called the owner and handed the phone to me. I explained the problems and issue. He said he would do nothing. He was silent to the suggestion that I would get a refund or a complementary wash. Nothing he did nothing. I am an intelligent senior and patient and understanding that equipment fails sometimes without reason but the business owner struggling has no place being rude or encouraging his employee being rude and uncaring. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS RUDE AND UNCARING OWNER. PUT HIM OUT OF BUSINESS BY NOT PAYING FOR SOMETHING YOU DON'T GET. He is a creep.

Bought gas and a car wash code at this place.won't refund me my money or give me another wash code because the machine never printed out my receipt the night before. I Went in and talked to the store clerk who spoke very bad English could hardly understand her, basically told me that they weren't going to refund me - a paying customer- because they don't keep track of the transactions..... What kind of business doesn't keep track of its transactions???? Basically they are thieves. They lost my business and I encourage everyone to use the BP gas station across the street. Terrible customer service at this mobil station. I have contacted the better Business bureau. I know it's only a $10 wash but it's the principle of the matter.

Reasonable gas prices. Discounts on gas given with points from Piggly Wiggly store. Car wash but I have not used it nor have I entered the store.

Car wash was not functioning properly, basically just a rinse as the soap was clogged, lady behind counter was dismissive and said my car looked clean. For a 10$ wash and just getting water and a bad attitude I will not be back.

Crappy car wash. Don't go here. Left obvious dirt streaks on my car, and you won't get a refund. Even after showing the clerk the horrible wash it did, refused to refund me. I won't buy gas here either, they lost my business here over a $9 car wash. Disappointing customer service.
