I went to the *********, ** location to do hormone replacement therapy and was told I needed to pay for the entire year upfront (over $4,000.00). After having some issues with the medication I decided not to go forward with the treatment. To my surprise when I contacted them about my unused payment I was told there was a no return/refund policy. I would never think that a medical facility was this big of a scam. If I could leave a negative rating I would.

I had a horrible experience. I bled for months thinking i had cancer. The admin in the office never gave the dr my messages on this issue. Delayed visits due to covid were not honored. This place is so unprofessional

So far, my experience with this clinic has been terrific! The appointments have been right on time, the customer service--upon arriving--have been kind and made me feel welcomed all the way through the services received. The nurse and doctor were extremely professional, explained each step of the process in simple terms that anyone could comprehend and were very patient. The time in and out was estimated exactly as they had discussed with me prior to my arrival. I would highly recommend them and certainly will return!

The NuFemme staff And doctor are incredibly friendly, helpful and informative. I wasn’t sure what to do anymore nothing seemed to work for me! I was constantly exhausted, I didn’t feel good and I continued to gain weight. I made an appointment to see if my hormones being out of balance could be the problem and the right treatment option. I have to say it’s been about a year now and my hormones are finally staying balanced, I tried the weight loss treatment to jump start more loss and even get weekly B-12 injections! I sleep better, I feel healthier, energized and have been able to lose weight steadily! Thanks NuFemme!

I've heard through friends this place is bad. After reading articles in scientific journals about how estrogen hormone replacement therapy skyrockets one's chances for cancer, I was shocked to see this company still offered such an outdated treatment.

I went to NuFemme on August of 2015. I wish I would have done my homework. This is not what I was expecting. I was told all kinds of miracles will happen to my body when I take all their supplements. I felt a couple of pills a day can't hurt to try. It ended up being 8 different pills, multiple times a day. Along with a capsule inserted under my skin, which hurt like hell for days. I was told my thyroid was way out of wack, my estrogen levels were non existent, along with multiple other issues. After taking these pills for a couple of weeks, along with cutting down on my regular meds, I started feeling worse. I went to see my regular doctor, he set me up with a endocrinologist. My thyroid didn't register on their scale because I have Hashimotos disease, which is common in women my age. NuFemme knew nothing about the disease, even though it was common knowledge in this field. I had had a hysterectomy many years ago, my estrogen level was normal for me. I was on DIM-estrogen, DHEA- a stress hormone,Thyroid medication, Multivitamin, Estrogen therapy, Progesterone therapy, and Testosterone therapy. All for the price of $3300.00 I ended up spending more money at the doctors that I had to see to get my chemicals all balanced out again. NO REFUNDS. I have to give it one star, or it won't let me post my review.

Hormones increased my acne exponentially, progesterone pills gave me terrible reflux and I had cramping so bad my gynocologist ordered an ultrasound. My doctor issued an order to them for me to stop but that doesnt stop the payments. I am getting an attorney.

I started this process and I'm on year 2. I have to say I do feel better, no more hot flashes but I would not reccomend this place. They decide that every 3 months is the best for pellets, well everyone is different and your body reacts differently to absorption. Before my 3 month mark I'm starting to go down hill, feeling sluggish and just not myself, but if they pellet me more then the 4 times per year, how do they make their money. Jen was a joke, she told more stories and never listened to the patient, you were always wrong on how you felt and things would get better. It's like a roller coaster, so wouldn't you think I would be at an even pace after 2 years? Now I'm on Nurse Practitioner number 3 and I informed her she has 3 months to figure this out. I have decided I will not hand over $2,400 per year to get roller coaster results. Just had my pellet done 2 weeks ago, still feel sluggish and since I started this process I seem to be losing more hair but I'm now told going into my second year I should have my thyroid checked....humm $2,400 dollars, don't you think that should have been done from day 1? Now she wants to check it and put me on thyroid pills "if" needed. I told the NP I had a full panel of my thyroid done prior to coming to Nufemm and the Doctor said it was fine. Well one more pellet insertion and I will be done with this place. As previous reviews state, do your research.
