I was in the store yesterday and very much so felt discriminated due to my skin color. There are no signs at the door indicating that you need to wait to be called in. After myself my daughter and my mother entered the store, we abruptly heard an associate YELL across the store to us that we needed to wait outside to be called in to enter. While we were waiting, we noted several other customers in the store that were not directly working with an associate, however, were allowed to enter. When others of different ethnicities came into the store without being called in, they were treated and spoke too much differently than we were in a respectful, kind tone. After we found a few items that we wanted to see out of the case, Bry who was the associate that was helping us, made us stand there and wait while she looked for her keys to the cabinets although several of her fellow associates offered her their keys so she could assist us, she declined. She was rude and did not interact with us or smile once. Acted as if we were wasting her time. Of note, she was also the associate who yelled across the store when we tried to enter....I am also accustomed to the Bayshore branch cleaning your bracelet and arranging the charms for you before you leave. I specifically asked for this, and none of it was accommodated. I noticed that just 2 weeks ago, based on reviews, someone else had the same exact experience at the store. You clearly have a very real problem with racism against your customers at this branch. I can tell you, myself, my daughter, and my mother will not be back at this location, and I will share our experience with others.

A no star would be a better rating. Pretty sure if you are white, you shouldn't even waste your time going here. My elderly mom and I waited in the store for more than 45 minutes on 4/5/2024, approx 5:30 pm, just to have the staff help everyone who came in after us and just ignore us. They literally walked past us at the counter to help people behind us. We were the only white customers in the store and every customer that came in behind us was African American. We finally left about 45 minutes later, after we acknowledged that the staff obviously didn't want to help us. I ended up ordering online and picked it up at Bayshore the next day. The staff there was completely opposite of Mayfair. They were friendly, professional, and eager to help. Pandora should replace the Mayfair staff with individuals like they have at Bayshore. Mayfair staff is ghetto, racists and completely unprofessional. I will never go back and will recommend Bayshore to everyone I know.

Isabela is that girl! She went above and beyond to help my best friend and I find exactly what we needed. She gave us insight on the rings we had in mind and helped us with sizing. The manager, I think his name is Brad, also was super great. He told us about the ‘Pandora Cares’ package which we both took an interest in. We were super happy with our decision and thank you Isabela for helping us out!

We came into pandora 30 mins before they closed just to look around very fast for a future reference. I understand it can be annoying when customers come in close to closing but I don’t believe it requires rude comments from the employees. As soon as we walk in the door we are asked if we needed help as usual but I politely declined, to which the employee responded “Fine but don’t come asking me for help if you need it later, I will not be helping you in any way any closer than this to us closing” and then proceeded to remind us of this during our time in the store.

My husband and I went to shop Saturday morning for our Granddaughter’s Birthday present and we were helped by a very kind, polite young woman. We ended up buying the cute Flying Pig Unicorn, the same one she herself has, along with a charm bracelet. I am sorry I don’t remember her name, but she was very courteous to us. Thank you!

The two African American women that work in there attitudes were not pleasant. They didn’t even speak when I entered. Their vibes were not good for people coming in to purchase items. They young African American guy was nice thanks to him he took care of me. I will never go back in there… I spent over a few hundred dollars and the woman were not nice at all. Horrible customer service…

Very upset with this location, went to pick up an online order and order was wrong and sold out of the charm that I ordered at 7am, then had them engraved 2 charms that I ordered and was done wrong. Customer service rep was not friendly at all.

The sales associate Bryanna was so great back on 12/3 she helped my 11 year old pick out a charm for me for Christmas and I love it! Thank you for going above and beyond making sure I didn’t see it and everything!

Came in to buy a bracelet and the security guard was very helpful also very attentive with insuring the safety of your shoppers i was very pleased with my visit also felt very safe i believe the security personals name was Mr Alan Dempsey

I am HEATED with your security dog named ALAN who was a real jerk tonight. I came to the store tonight with mother doing last minute Christmas shopping READY to make a a Christmas purchase for my mom. There was a short line that I was trying to avoid because I wanted to make a purchase for my mom without her seeing, I had snuck away from her in the mall. This was the one thing my mom wanted was a pandora bracelet & I was going to buy her a bracelet with charms with the left over financial aid money that I was given. The guy would not let me in just to even look! & I explained the situation to him and he didn’t care just tried to hand me a pamphlet. I’m just really upset about it I didn’t have time before because I’d been super busy with finals for school. I’m an A student, not a minority either, a lot of those people are Just lookin, dreaming, but I had all cash on me ready to make a purchase which I said, and it seemed like Alan made it very clear by his demeanor that you guys aren’t hurting, my stupid sale won’t make a difference. Basically he was telling me HOP OFF & embarrassed me by shouting “HEY, YOU” at me in front of everyone. I would of respected if he quietly came up to me.. I’m glad I didn’t buy a bracelet since that guy is the representation of your company. Then a half hour later as my mom and I were leaving together, and me empty handed I showed “ALAN” my phone with this 1 star review and he said, “that’s fine!” Okay PANDORA, fine, I’ll be spending my money elsewhere, K? FINE!!…. Merry Christmas, NOT!

The young ladies that were working in there today 11/8 around 12pm have terrible customer service skills. Stop getting jobs in customer service if you can’t even fake it. We weren’t greeted. We asked to see rings and we were not even shown where the rings were. One of the ladies even looked up at us then looked right back at her phone as if we did not exist. We planned on purchasing something but after that experience we declined. I rather buy online or at another location.

Tried ordering an E-Card for a birthday gift on September 4th, but after several attempts I kept getting an error message. Then I tried the option to mail a card, after several attempts that didn’t work either. Contacted Customer Service, the lady was very nice. She explained that they received other complaints about online ordering and sent me a case number. Email stated to please allow 24-48 business hours for correspondence. Its been two weeks, online ordering still isn’t working.

Went in to get my daughter some charms for her bracelet and I guess I was bothering the lady Syrenthiaa because she seemed very irritated like I was bothering her. Terrible service and a waste of my time. Never will return to this Pandora,this store has went down. Need to train employees better
