The timing here sucks and I’ve been waiting for over 2 hours since 8am. They need a different process with stand by check ins which were sent on behalf of most employers. The process may be quick and easy, but the wait time is not bearable. Not worth the wait. 0/10 recommend. People were standing up, not enough chairs in the lobby, and it was just too long for anyone to have to wait. 👎🏾

The lady with long braids attitude was unpleasant. Her whole demeanor was very unprofessional. No smile, no greeting. Only good thing I was in and out quick.

I went here on 3 separate occasions to get a drug screening done for my internship. The first two times I came in as a walk in and waited for 3 hours both times but had to leave because I had work. The third time I made an appointment, my appointment was at 10, I didn’t get in until 12. The waiting room was filled with people in seats and standing up, they need to stop scheduling people every 10 minutes on their website if you can’t keep up. I also think they shouldn’t take walk ins either because there were multiple people there from open to close and didn’t get in. I also don’t think that they acted very professional there.

Was told I can schedule but can walk in early. Legit REFUSED to take me till it was my appointment time even though it was practically empty. I forgot why I use the one on 6th street but I won’t forget again.

I arrived early morning and checked into the kiosk which was very simple to use. The kiosk said the next available appointment was in about 45 minutes but the lab wasn't very busy at that time and they got me right in. My lab tech was amazing. She was very friendly and professional.

Very happy with my experience here. Quick and easy check in and the phlebotomist who took my blood was very nice and helpful. I hate needles and she was very courteous about it. I was in and out. I would absolutely come back here!

They still had time to do a quick blood draw to test for blood contamination appointment towards the end of the day, but were cold and harshly dismissive.

Came here for blood work and got the results, found out a few days later they didn’t do all the tests on the paper I provided them. I needed them for a surgery. So it took me 4 days to finally get an answer- calling is a joke! Waited 50mins to get through the first time, second time got disconnected and they never called me back (even though you give them your number Incase of being disconnected right at the start), third time got a lady who then took over an hour to figure out I had to come back and get blood work done again. Made an apt got to the location and they don’t have said appointment on there end! So now I have to sit and wait because they messed up! Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

I am always grateful to have my blood drawn and to be cared and served by Rachel E. She is professional, kind, and gentle in drawing my blood. She never leaves a bruise which happens often with other people. She is patient and goes the extra mile to help me with Dr's orders when not submitted to Quest properly.

The internet was down when my appointment was scheduled. The employees were kind and apologetic when they explained the situation. I waited 40 minutes to see if it would be rectified, and it was. The plebotomist was kind and friendly. It was a great experience!
