Extremely slow service, when there was only one other table in the dining room. We were told there was no non alcoholic beer, then after ordering we saw it on the menu. Biscuits were cold and hard, we were told we could not get any more for at least 20 minutes because it was “shift change”. Food was delivered cold with extremely hot plates like it had been sitting for some time under a heat lamp. We sat without silverware until I got up to find server who was sitting down to ask for silverware. Fish was extremely overcooked. Just to name some of the things that were a disappointment. We came for my birthday as this used to be my favorite restaurant. Sad to say we won’t be back.

There was a smell that I couldn't recognize I think the carpet may needs to be replaced and the stain on the table are sticky needs to take care of those thing .

yesterday me and my wife went to this location.Awful customer service.when we entered to main door nobody welcomed us nor asked anything,one of the waitress showed us a place and told us we can sit anywhere but another guy came over he told me to not sit right there in a bad behavior.We just leave right away without food or giving orders cause of their bad behavior.

HORRIBLE service waitress barely acknowledged us. Super long wait, food was DISGUSTING uncooked lobster crab legs were uncooked as well French fries were burnt. Stay far away from here service has went down dramatically over the years.

Employee that was greeting customers ignored us. We let her know we had a reservation and simply walked away and took care of the customers behind us. Very rude so we left. Can’t rate the other services because we left

The worst service I have ever gotten at a Red Lobster. Items missing from order. No drink refills. No endless shrimp refills or even being asked. Waitress never even stopped back at the table until it was time for the bill.

Don't do it! Now you've been warned.Last night, I ordered almost $80 worth of food, including extra biscuits. I came from Glendale in the rain to pick it up. The bag was taped completely shut and because I live so far, I kept it closed to keep it warm. I got all the way back home and I'm missing one platter of shrimp, all of the broccoli, all the butter, sour cream, sauces, etc. and I got zero biscuits. I called to speak to a manager and gave up after being placed on hold for 1 hour and 43 seconds.It's Spring Break and because it rained, we weren't able to do the activities we had planned. So, I used that money for a nice dinner. After telling the kids about these famous biscuits, I realized that our family had never been to red lobster, so I wanted to get something special. It is a horrible feeling to not even be able to contact somebody while washing salad and eating dry potatoes because we don't have sour cream at home and we got no vegetable - yet we're out of 80 bucks. The entire morale of the last day of Spring Break for my family was low for a bit because Red Lobster messed up the meal and, consequently, my mood. I was on hold for OVER AN HOUR while my family waited to play board games.I submitted a complaint through the website and I haven't gotten a response at all. So, I called today to try again during a less busy time. Once again, I got placed on a long hold after requesting a manager. I tried AGAIN...same thing!!! I see that's the trick now. Just put people on hold forever and never resolve the issue. I called the corporate guest services office DURING THEIR BUSINESS HOURS today and I got a recording saying that offices are closed, with a suggestion to go to the website.Red Lobster has my money and my food and I can't even contact anybody to get the issue resolved. When carrying food out, PLEASE be aware that if anything is wrong, you will not be able to reach anybody unless you drive all the way back, which for me is a lot of gas and effort.

Servers could not decide who was going to serve us, so we waited 30 mins to get anyone to take our order. Once we finished our dinner one of the employees started cleaning our table, reaching across in front of us without warning, and he did not have the professional training to simply say "excuse me"...If it was not for a very busy young lady who took charge after several men could not decide who was going to serve us. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN!!

Meal was missing multiple items. Both my wife and myself were left on hold for at least 45mins waiting to speak with a Manager. Then a recording finally said that there was no one available to take my call and it hung me up.

Waited 30 minutes for water after we were seated. My waiter was great! Did the best he could considering he was basically alone. Food was good except the medium steak came out well done twice.

Came here today everything I got was cold or warm felt like it was sitting out the butter was so oily the chicken still tasted frozen the waiter was so slow even other tables was complaining i feel sick ta my stomach the manger was being rude ta the janitor she was also coughing around the restaurant the drinks was very unsweetened I wouldn’t go here again the place had changed over the years

The entire place was TERRIBLE... food was old and had been sitting under light a longggg time. Service was very poor!! Didn't have silverware, had to ask several times!!! I will NEVER go there again!!!

Placed a to go order thru the Red lobster website. When the food was brought home, sides were missing, the shrimp bowl was incomplete and items we paid for were missing. A very disappointing experience. We tried contacting the restaurant and was on hold for 20 mins, only to leave a message.
