I had an appointment a few days ago, and the experience was HORRIBLE. I had went to my appointment early Friday morning and when I arrived they told me the car I was scheduled to test drive had been sitting on the lot for 4 months and just sold. Yet, they called me the night before at 8:30pm to confirm my appointment and did not mention it was sold. Very sketchy. They also had told me on the phone when I scheduled the appointment that they would have other cars within my price range ready for me to test drive. That did NOT happen. They did not show me any cars besides two on the sales persons iPhone. After that they basically told me good luck on finding a used car within my price range. After speaking with the first sales person, the manager had came up and tried to convince us to stay at this dealership and not go to another yet was not willing to help us find a car in our price range as it was "difficult." I will NEVER return. They are rude, unhelpful, and not willing to work with people who aren't looking to spend thousands and thousands of dollars. Don't waste your time here!!!!!

Would not recommend coming here under any circumstances. I dealt with Michael Duda and he was horrendous. I had a 10am appointment and were not helped until closer to 11am. We took the car for a test drive and I liked it, despite the fact that it had major cosmetic issues, including cracked headlights. My fiance asked if it was legal to drive with cracked headlight and Michael told us harshly “I don’t know.” You mean to tell me you’re a car salesman and don’t know the legality of cars? I then asked him if those would be fixed upon purchase and he responded with “No. $100 eBay fix.” Any further questions my fiance or myself had, he would say “It’s in the WI buyers note.” That was his answer for all of our questions and quickly dismissed everything else we had to say. When we got inside to talk numbers he was dropping F bombs left and right, calling his fellow employees and IT staff “stupid” in front of my father, my fiance and myself. Guy seems to have a serious temper. After waiting for him to come back some 3 hours later with my paper work he told me my car would be a trade in value of only $250 because it wouldn’t start. Mind you, I drove this car into the lot AND ended up leaving with it and it started fine. He was clearly lying to us. Very rude, extremely unprofessional and an absolute displeasure to work with. On top of that, he was conceited, argumentative and belittling. I will not be retuning and I will make sure to remind friends and family to not look into cars at this dealership either. We told him we’d have to pass on the car and he snapped at my fiance and walked away from us without any further assistance or even a “thank you for coming today.” One of the most unprofessional people I have ever seen. After all the negative reviews on Michael Duda I'm seeing it's a shame he is still employed there, he is not a class act whatsoever.

Had an appointment on 10/14 with Russ Darrow. They were great. I was working with Big Mike. He did a great job in showing me the different Kia Sportages that were available. Did a test drive as well. Overall, had a great experience with all people I dealt with. They showed me all the features available on my purchased vehicle. They gave me a great rate. I would recommend coming here for excellent service.

Sold a lemon to me. With that being said I have never wanted to wish shame on a company so bad. 18 months of hell. I have asked them to buy it back to pay off the loan. Yes that is a huge request. You've wasted so much of my time and you don't care. Why would you? Steve or Steven is a soulless creature. Come to Madison and deal with your problem.

We had an amazing experience with the Wauwatosa branch. Everything was good, but especially Shay our sales person. She was great to work with and she kept us updated with everything during our purchase process and we appreciated her going through each step with us.We would return to this location to purchase another vehicle.

Horrible experience at this dealership selling them my used vehicle. They gave me the complete run around when it came to selling them my vehicle. They told me would give me 5800 for my truck to trade in and when I got to the dealership they only offered me 3500. And told me if I made some repairs I could get more. I declined the offer. Few days later they reach out to again about the truck asking again if I can take the 3500. I said no, I will take no less than 5k. They told me if I brought the truck back up there and there was no frame damage I can get the 5 k for the truck. When I went back up there they told me the exact same thing when they inspected the truck the first time. 3500 and make the repairs and you can possibly get more. They was a complete waste of time, bad service and I was baited to come up to the dealership again for them to tell me the exact same thing. I will not trade in a car at this dealership nor purchase one or recommend yo anyone else

Went last minute to check out a car we saw online. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. Luckily we got Dino to help us out. Dino was super helpful and chill ! Always maintained constant communication and we never felt pressured by him. Always do your financial homework before coming to a dealer but Steve in finance will help you get a good deal. Overall we had a great experience!! We got the car at a great price and will definitely come back here for future purchases. Thanks to all the team at Russ Darrow !

While we did not end up purchasing a car through this dealership, Dino was so graciously helpful in making sure we were able to explore all our options in our search for our perfect family vehicle. I can't speak highly enough about how helpful and insightful Dino was, and I would recommend ANYONE looking for a vehicle to get in touch with him. He made us feel welcome and comfortable during a busy day with our two little ones running around. Overall amazing customer service.

I was the 2nd person when I arrived got here before they opened. A simple oil change is what I wanted and I waited over 2 and half hours. As I waited I witnessed 4 mechanics all by the snack station joking and standing around. I then looked inside the service garage and noticed 3 empty car lifts. Unreal. I could have completed 10 oil changes by the time they finished one. I’ll never buy another vehicle from Russ Darrow again if this is how they run there business. Never again!

I worked with T in service. What a wonderful and knowledgeable person to work with. He helped me so much and helped me understand the process of what needed to be done with my car and why. He also talked to the warranty company for me since the 3rd party warranty company made things a tad confusing for me. T is a great asset to your dealership, that is for sure. I look forward to working with him again for any of my car's needs.

Don't do business with these people! My wife and daughter went in there with a nail in the tire and they talked her into buying 4 new tires. We only had 35,000 miles on them. They have a 65,000 mile guantee from the manufacturer. They told my wife they had a "special deal." It wasn't a deal. It was full-retail. Then charged her $99.80 to mount and balance, $39.80 to dispose of the old tires, $119.95 for alignment and $30 to pay with a credit card.Last time my wife had an oil change and tire rotation their "mechanic" somehow ripped off the whole wheel assembly. They tightened the wheels SO tight when they fixed their mistake (5 days later) that I couldn't even get the wheel off to put on the spare yesterday. I'm 240lbs and was standing on the tire iron and it wouldn't even budge.Needless to say... we won't be back and will be spreading the word to everyone I can.

Overall, we had a great experience at Russ Darrow Kia Wauwatosa! We were so happy to be able to get our new car. The sales staff are extremely kind! Everyone we came in contact with was so nice and helpful. The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars is because of how LONG everything took. As soon as the representative we were working with (be it sales manager or other staff m) would walk away, it would be at least 10 to 15 minutes of waiting. And this happened often. To ask a question, to sign a paper…. It took forever. We had completed a credit application and agreed on a price for our car over the phone before we came in, and still we were at the dealership close to four hours. Other than it taking an extremely long time, we had a great experience and would recommend Scott as your salesman a hundred times over!
