Purchased a sectional sofa and was told it was ready for pick up and when I arrived to the s 27th St store I was told it’s not here it’s at another location and customer service was terrible. Long story short when I arrived to the Wauwatosa store the staff was so kind and the manager Bobby fixed everything and made sure everything was taken care of . Great service

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY BUSINESS WHATSOEVER. The man who was working said my husband and I were being disruptive in the store lmao. Not one of us raised our voices.. all we wanted to pick up was our dryer we paid for... and he marked if picked up already.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had while ordering furniture! From start to finish, I’ve had problems. I ordered my furniture online Friday Sept 15th and had a delivery date of September 17th. I called the store Saturday to check time of delivery since I never received a call and was told they don’t deliver on Sundays and that’s a companies problem not their store. The next delivery date was set for Tuesday September 19. I called Monday to check the time for my delivery and was told my order was not processed and she’ll get to it when she finishes with her customer. I called later on Monday and was told my order was processed and my new delivery date was now Wednesday. Wednesday comes and they call and say my order was out of stock and how my order was never processed. I was told I shouldn’t had ordered online because what’s online is not always in stock! I ended up exchanging it for something else and got a new delivery date of Friday September 22. Delivery was from 11am-6pm and my furniture finally got delivered after 6. I inspected my furniture, only to find a hole in the couch! Do not order from them and if you do please go inside the store so you can see their inventory! This whole process was extremely frustrating to say the least. This was the Wauwatosa location to be specific.

Has to be the worse experience I have ever had in my life with a furniture company. I ordered my furniture 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. They keep playing games and saying something came up and it will be delivered the next day. No communication. Horrible experience.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!I purchased appliances that were delivered a week ago. The stove was missing parts and the fridge doors were put on wrong. I keep getting the run around from everyone I have talked to including the store manager Bobby and the 877 customer service department. I went back to the store on Sunday for missing parts which were “locked up in the warehouse manager’s office. I was told by store manager Bobby that he is off work till Tuesday and he will personally come Wednesday to bring the missing parts and fix my fridge doors. Well, today is Wednesday and nothing is accomplished. I called the 877 customer service number thinking I would get some help only to be transferred to some lady at the store saying she was the assistant manager to Bobby”. She stated they was going to try to get it delivered today but the delivery guys had a a long list. Which has zero to do with me. I should’ve been the first person on the list since it was the store at fault and me without a working stove for a week. Now I’m been told they may not come until Friday. Which is my first payment date for an appliance I can’t use and don’t have the replacement in my possession.

Café CHS950P2MS1. There's a review posted about 2 months before this one by a user named Angie Mcguire that says the range she wanted to buy was broken. Well I too went to that specific location for that EXACT range, and it was still there, and still broken. The website has the range advertised as "open box, like new", which is a lie. One of the temperature knobs was completely broken off. The range is $4600 new, so the company may be intentionally lying to people in order to get them in the store, and then sell them a different range, but the sales staff were incredibly lazy and didn't seem interested in selling anything. Don't waste your time coming here unless you want a cheap range, no sales, no service, and no maintenance.

I love this American Freight location. The staff was very friendly and respectful. The manager Juanie helped my 80-year-old grandmother with choosing a modern stove and refrigerator. My grandmother is very old school, and this was her first time in 30 years going to buy new appliances alone. His product knowledge and his ability to make her understand how easy it was to operate the modernized appliances made her comfortable with the purchase. Great job sir and keep up the work.

Honestly the manger Bobby the best !! Great customer service skills answered all the questions i asked and was on point with helping me pick out this for my home i highly recommend seeing him if you ever go to purchase any appliances for your home and let me not forget the store was well organized and put together i will get appliances from here again

My husband and I were shopping for quite a few items and were welcomed into the store with a warm welcome by Joshua! He was extremely happy and patient while we walked through picking out the items we were interested in. Joshua and Bobby provided excellent customer service going above and beyond to help us track down 3 twin mattresses!! They called around until they found some for us which we weren't expecting but it was damn sure greatly appreciated! Great furniture shopping experience!

So the table I ordered was counter height but I was sent the regular size but upon talking to Olivia in customer service he worked with me to my satisfaction with no problems I have no complaints. Thank you Olivia

Delivery driver took our car keys "mistakenly", and then took three and a half hours to return them, despite us noticing and calling them almost immediately.The store was unresponsive and unhelpful in giving ETAs on this, and unsympathetic to the issue THEY caused.Mind you all this is after delaying delivery twice and then scratching the floor when they did actually deliver.I would not recommend this location to anyone, and frankly every single person I interacted with today should probably be fired

We purchased a range online and drove 4 hrs one-way with a trailer to pick it up. Prior to this I called and checked to make sure the range was in "excellent condition" as was described online, and he said it was. When we arrived, the range (and every appliance in our view) was damaged. This particular one had several things wrong with it including things that would require new parts. We got our money back, but wasted a day and 2 tanks of diesel. Ugh.
